It is not good to be knocked out. When the brain gets hit very hard or knocked out you experience something called concussion. Usually you get either unconscious for a moment or you get confused, maybe get double vision, feel ill or vomit and became tired and get a headache. In emergency medicine a concussion in itself is not very dangerous. But a hard hit to the head can also cause a bleeding in the brain which is extremely dangerous and often fatal.

Hello, if someone thinks he lost consciousness at one point, say during a fight because he has a memory gap that makes sense to him only if he was knocked out, is there a medical test to show that he indeed lost counsciousness? If so, how soon after the knock out would the test have to be performed?

The cold air does NOT open his lungs back up. That is not how it works. You need to get him to his doc for an evaluation.

That was because Sandy knocked out power! Hoping this next storm hitting us now is nicer... So the fruit punch flavor is wayyyyyy better than the other flavors and I got it down pretty fast (it tastes like sugary koolaide) but now I feel like I'm vibrating from the sugar rush!!!

I just wanted to sleep after it. Which ever one you choose I hope its cold cuz it taste better that way.

My periods were few and far between before I was diagnosed with thyroid disease in January of 2010, and from 2008-Jan of 2010 I didn't have a period at all. I have some autonomic dysfunction as well as peripheral neuropathy type symptoms (cold feet, exacerbated nerve pain at night, some tingling running through feet) I have not had a punch or EMG, but I have had all the autonomic tests. I passed the QSART. Had exaggerated HR increase during the tilt table with a potential fit for POTS. Does the passed QSART rule out peripheral neuropathy (or generally, true neuropathy / physical nerve damage)?

Today Monday 28June feeling slightly better,but norstril is still blocked and I still have the headached but atleast the blinding pain that almost knocked me out is not there. but I sweated last night I have to even wake up and change my nightdress the sheets and the pillow they way they were so wet. I am not sure why I am feeling like this. Is there anything I can take. Help me!!

I liked the fruit punch. It was real cold and reminded me of Hawaiian punch. I had the pleasure of drinking it twice but the second time, it was a tad sweeter.

Ask for the fruit punch one. It's the least horrible one... you have to drink it fast but don't chug it you will throw up.

I enjoyed the fruit punch. They keep all of the drinks pretty cold so it was like drinking some Hawaiian punch, to me. I was skeptical about it because of the stories I read about vomiting, but I was able to down it.

I had the clear one lemon lime tasted like flat sprite.... I failed the 1st one went back for the 3 hour test they gave me fruit punch it was very sugary ugh but I ended up passing that test....

I had the fruit punch one, and it pretty much tasted like fruit punch. Not something I'd go out and buy, but it wasn't super terrible.
