But recently I am facing that my
knee joint is paining and feeling some noise form last year
when I walk or stand for some while. But I do not lift heavy weight things or carry. I have visited number of doctors but all of them suggested calcium 500 mg once or twice daily for 2 to 3 months, but Still I have the problem and found or felt no improvement. I don't know what to do. I am a teacher, so I have to stand before white board to take classes for 2 or 3 hours daily.
