It goes away when I stand. Some <span style = 'background-color: #dae8f4'>tenderness</span>
remains. Otherwise the knee
is quite useful.
I'm 43, in good shape, and although a little muscular, I have a delicate bone/joint
build. I recently increased significantly the amount of weight I was doing on a squat rack. I typically do squats with strict form, but lower my hips below my knees. I think the increased weight on the squat rack, and the extreme range of motion I used, along with my delicate joint
s, and my age, have injured the knee.
