I would have you do a total body workout 2-3 times per week to start with making sure to skip at least one day in between total body
workouts. You should be doing 1 to 2 sets of 15 to 20
reps for each exercise, one exercise per major muscle group. You need one day of rest per week, so 6 days/wk of working out at most.
Next, stop taking diuretics/laxatives! Although you may lose a few pounds in the short run, the weight you "lose" is from water, not fat, and you will gain it back.
