let me get to my problem directly- i'm a kidney stone patient and now from about 5 days daily i get up daily having an ejaculation.i'm getting mad and frustrated with this condition.first kidney stones and now daily ejaculations are adding to my worries.please help me getting a medication to tackle both my problems.

Hello, A man can have sex after having kidney stones. But if kidney stone removal has been done by stent placement then stents with a thread may significantly hinder sex. The stent also can rest on the prostate gland in men and with ejaculation/orgasm the prostate may have movement that is discomforting to the patient and similar to severe cramping or irritation. Kidneys have no role in ejaculation and hence kidney stones is not a cause for premature ejaculation. It is most often caused by anxiety and too much stimulation. I have recently been taking flomax for kidney stones two days ago. Last night when duing sexual intimacy when I orgasimed there was no semen at all! Recently on the 23rd I went to the hospital as a result of extreme pain in the right testicle resulting from a kidney stone passing from my right kidney. They later tried the next morning to go in manually and try to find the stone as I did not pass it during my day stay at the hospital. He also suggested i get an ultrasound to test for testicular cancer with came back negative, but he noticed a shadow which could have been a kidney stone. So I went for a CT scan because I developed some back pain and frequent urination, but the results said there was no stones. I was looking up online myself to see what could be going on. The best I came up with was I might have passed a tiny stone and could be stuck in my urethra. Ok so seems like what people said to do was drink tons of water and wait til you have a full bladded and then go to the bathroom and squeeze your penis head while letting your bladderfully open then release your hold on your penis head and all the pressure should flush out any tiny stone if that was the case.
