Hi, How many times have you experienced this ? Was this present prior to the treatment of your kidney stones? What kind of treatment did you undergo? This may be case of dry orgasm or orgasm with no seminal discharge. The following may lead to a dry orgasm: "Retrograde ejaculation. In this condition, semen is forced back into the bladder instead of out through the penis.
I have a long history of kidney stones. Ive passed a fair number of fairly large stones and have also had lithotripsy. My latest CT revealed no large stones, but i still have smaller ones in my kidney. Recently ive also had a severe 'bout' of PE. In years past this has not been an issue for me as I can usually last for a substantial amount of time during intercourse. Right now, I have little control ejaculation after i become erect. Its almost as if soon as i become erect, i ejaculate.
hi. i had kidney stones throughout the week and went in and out of hospital until they confirmed i had two stones at the last junction of my tube and 1 still in my kidney. they discharged me on the saturday and the pain had gone alot. i was only experiencing little sharp pains and what feels like lower back pain. when urinating, it sometimes felt burny and uncomfortable. but nothing overly sore. i took the tablets to relax the tube on the saturday and the sunday and never again after.
6 months down the track with no sexual activity in between i recieved oral sex and did not ejaculate. the next morning (8 hours later) when i went to the toilet i noticed what seemed to be a clear discharge coming from the tip of penis, i noticed it was in my underwear aswell. i also started getting a deep pain in my right lower abdomanal region which has since moved to my right and is now apparent in my pubic region.
I had cystoscopy surgery ten days ago for kidney stones. not pleasant surgery. I seemed fine initially but now have not been able to ejaculate during sex for the past 2-3 days. The Sensation is fine but there's no money shot. What is causing this. I'm in my early 50's but look and feel about 40 and have never had any issues with this before. Going to the Dr tomorrow, as it appears I also have a urinary tract infection now.
There have also been instances where I feel small, sudden pain in my penis below the glans, but they go away quickly. There is no pain if I ejaculate. However, I have sometimes noticed that that my urethra gets irritated when I start to masturbate - this has happened a couple of times. Again, no pain when I ejaculated. My urine comes out either clear or slightly yellow. It does not smell bad.
For the past week I have had a pain in my left testicle when I ejaculate. The past three days the pain is not as bad as it was six days ago. I have no pain in my left testicle before or after I ejaculate and I have no pain when I touch it. I only feel a little pain when Im ready to ejaculate. I noticed this problem the day after I squeezed my penis to prevent myself from ejaculating. Do you think I strained something and it will go away if I rest it, or take an ibprofin?
Hello, This groin pain can be due to epidiymitis( which is inflammation of the epididymis), hernia, kidney stones( ruled out in your case), orchitis( infection of the testicles), testicular torsion, superficial skin infection or pinched spinal nerve. I suggest you to consult a urologist and get evaluated for these causes specifically. I hope it helps. Take care and regards.
In cases of hernia, a prominent bulge along with testicular pain is there and in cases of kidney or ureteric stones, pain during micturition may also be there. Some causes of testicle pain, including testicular torsion, can lead to infertility if not treated promptly. Infections also should be examined and treated right away. If the infection is caused by bacteria, your doctor will prescribe an antibiotic. So please visit your doctor if the symptoms persist. I hope it helps.
I have had Ultrasound to check if there are any kidney stones and then had spine Xray but both are fine and had various tests from my urine and stool samples but they were also fine . Can someone help me. ========== My above question is similar to this below one which i found in this same forum : Approximately four years ago I began to experience some mild discomfort or tightness at the base of my penis on the right hand side.
I'm 21 years old and I don't really have feeling in my right testicle for example if I was to get hit in my testicles I would not feel pain in my right testicle and it feels like its stuck to the skin it won't move around at all I went to the doctors like a year about it and an ultrasound was performed and there is blood flow to the testie but can't figure out why it has no feeling unless when I ejaculate and its like a tingly sensation in my right testicle is this a serious problem???
Often work-ups for both turn out fruitless, but if they are unrevealing, then they do rule out major issues such as cancer, stones, significant kidney diseases. Most men find hematospermia quite upsetting but the chances are extremely great that there is nothing wrong. The fact that you had gross hematuria last year and microhematuria now does concern me and does need an expert's evaluation. That you are seeing a urologist is the sensible thing to do at this point.
but im worried it might be something out.....Sometimes i get a pain in my testical when i ejaculate....Sometimes i feel a tingle at the end of my penis, but the burning isnt there anymore when i pee like it was before......
You might have kidney stones which are trapped. These can cause lower back pain as well as in the groin as the nerves are on the same pathway. Though usually this last one will give you pain at other times. I think it best if you go to the doctor and get it checked out. Don't worry, they see penises all the time, and I know your case is not the first. Try to keep hands off snakey for a while till you get it sorted out.
stone any where in the ureter, kidney or urethra or at the bladder neck; certain drugs like antidepressants, antiallergics etc; constipation, urethral stricture, nerve diseases as in diabetes, MS, pelvic trauma etc. I would suggest you get another opinion from a third urologist. An ultrasound scan to rule out stones and a urethroscopy or IVP to rule out stricture may be needed. Definitely further tests should be carried out. Please let me know if there is any thing else and do keep me posted.
It is either a vibration or a sensation of filling up with liquid. No other symptoms are there. No pain in urination, no pain in sex, have been married for many years with one partner, and no urge to go to the bathroom. It happens randomly, and lasts for 3-6 seconds then goes away. It is irritating but not painful. Any thoughts on this issue would be helpful.
Hi, This could be due to some operation, the medications you are taking, nerve damage, due to infection - gonorrhoea, chlamydia etc, diabetes or kidney stones. You should consult your doctor to rule out the above causes and find out the further management plan in your case. Regards.
it may be as a result of damage done during removal of kidney-stone although doctors seem to disagree on this. Found blood when masturbating (but none in urine) earlier this year. Saw doctor and had pta test done. It was normal. I went though hell while waiting on result. I was almost sure I has cancer. The condition cleared up. It has now recurred and there seems to be more blood than the first time.Seemingly it can be caused by burst blood vessels when "there is no semen".
I certainly hope you guy's and gal's can answer my question in reference to this type of pain... So last night I'm sitting in my room, about to masterbate. I always ejaculate in a sock, or some form of cloth so there's no mess and virtually no trace of "after-effects." Anyways, to make a long story short, after I ejaculated, about 30 minutes later my penis begins to burn! Such as it's caught in a blazing fire or something! The evident symptoms imply this may be some sort of STD.
and after a while i have noticed it becomes obviously yellow. I recently found out i have kidney stones, and they probably have been in me for a while. Could this be the cause? Or has the chlamydia come back? Any advice is helpful, thank you.
Anyone else experience the above symptoms (emphasis on the sexually/masterbatory related symptoms)?? I've heard that kidney stones can mimic Epididymitus symptoms, I'm gonna make an appointment with a Urologist and have an ultrasound to see if that may be it. I'll keep you guys posted. I'm gonna go take a dump now.
I had a ureteral stent implanted 10 days ago (between my left kidney and bladder) due to a pair of kidney stones in my left kidney. I am able to achieve a full erection, and experience the sensations of orgasm. However, no ejaculate comes out at all. Could this be due to scarring or swelling or what exactly? Will it go rectify itself without serious corrective action?
Im 15-20 pounds over weight had hernia surgery at 2 and 12 and have had a few run ins with kidney stones so I had no idea where to begin with what might bew the cause. I feel it standing or sitting when it starts and the last few days it has been pretty constant. Wish there was a clear cut reason or two to ease my mind.
as you mentioned that your symptoms are on and off it could be STD, urethral spasm, balanitis or stones in the urinary tract. In case if you are facing any pain in the testicles it could be due to orchitis, epididymitis, varicocele etc. as you are facing this problem since childhood and it is relieved by passing a catheter, I feel it is more likely a urethral spasm or stricture. Infections can be treated by antibiotics.
Unless someone lives in an HIV endemic area such as an inner city, is an immigrant from a country with high HIV prevalence, is bisexual or a partner of a bisexual, or is an injection drug user or commercial sex worker, the prevalence of HIV in people without these risk factors is extremely low- less than 1 in 1000 people.
Reduced urinary stream can occur with ureteral stones or urethral stricture. as you already have the history of stones in the kidney or ureter, there is a chance of recurrence. Get an ultrasound done and consult a urologist for further assistance. All the best.
Hello, Such kind of pain in testicles can be due to injury, infection (Epididymitis or Orchitis) or inflammation, testicular torsion( most common in young men), excessive bicycle riding, hernia, varicocele or kidney or ureteric stones. as there is no swelling or inflammation or redness of the scrotal sacs, so the chances of epidiymitis or orchitis are rare.
I had further occurences and followed up with an ultrasound scan, which was normal. My urologist said he never heard of passing stones in the ejaculate, but that it was possible. After reading these questions on the internet it appears that none of the doctors are aware that this is happening more frequently. I hope my response will help educate the doctors. My suggestion to you is to use a condom and check for stones.
