Blood in urine is a sign of a really bad bladder infection or kidney stones..I had kidney stones with my first and never peed blood..got kidney stones again this pregnancy was peeing blood they said bladder infection but I ended up in hospital 3 days later with kidney stone attack so I either had both or was trying to pass stones..I would call my doctor so they can get a urine sample while you are peeing the blood out..

Sine this afternoon my urine had a red/ping tint to it. I and my wife both think its blood. Ok so I been having blood in my urine my whole pregnancy I'm now 31 weeks pregnant and the doctor keeps treating me w shots and they don't work so she now believes I have kidneys stones since we have tried pills for infection n shots..

Everything was fine until about last week when I began to feel a slight pain in the same kidney as before. My urine (like last time) had some visible blood in it, but would go away once I began drinking a lot of water like in December. I have a long history of stones, yet have never had blood in my urine especially as much as I was passing. The kidney stones eventually did pass (w/in 6mths) w/out any surgery. So I was grateful This could be the same for you. It can take a yr for a kidney stone to pass & you could have pain, no pain or w/ blood in urine or w/out. An X-ray can easily rule out kidney stones.

In your case as kidney stones are present, so these definitely need evaluation as nephrolithiasis or kidney stones are known to cause hematuria. My sincere advice would be to consult a urologist.
