I've had a strange light freckle-like pattern on the back of my right shoulder for a few years. Its been hard to track any possible changes with the pattern of the freckles because of its location--it would obviously be hard to see. I'm concerned because some of the freckles are large and overlap. Where they overlap they are darker in color. None of the spots are raised or bulbous, but most of them are irregularly shaped.
