Twice in the last two weeks my wife has suddenly said," I don't feel well. she then went back to the bathroom. five minutes later I went looking for her and found her lying on the floor sweating profusely. She said that she had tingling in her toes and fingers. About one hour later she felt much better and seemed normal. i'm worried about heart but she did not report any chest pain.
The symptoms you describe are typical for a heart attack in a woman. Woman will normally feel pain n the back rather the chest and mostly radiating to the jaw. The fact that it only lasted 15 mins is a good sign, but given the nature of your pain along with the timing, 4 am to 9 am is the most common time for a heart attack, I would be getting checked out.
Sometimes I have body aches that make me feel like I have the flu. I also have a dull pain in my left jaw and sometimes pain radiating down my neck. My doctor has run several tests including thyroid function, glucose, and some neurological studies. Everything comes back perfect, but I still feel bad.
Could this be a heart condition? Should I be more pro-active by seeking out a cardiologist on my own? There is a lot of cancer, diabetes, and heart disease in my family.
It is a sign of a warning. Being overweight you have much higher standing risk factors. You should lose weight to decrease the risk for heart disease. Use a body mass indicator.

Me being a pretty cautious dude, I searched the internet to try and solve my problems. But when I saw that it was a heart attack symptom my heart sank and I had a panic attack and felt like I was going to die. After I calmed myself down and walked home and told my mum about it. I have small vessel disease and have had a few heart attacks. My chest pain with the spasms and the angina have always been the same. Burning ache that radiates up to my jaw and at times as far as my cheek bones. It is always dead center in my chest. But the best way I can describe it is a burning ache. Not pain. I even have problems with upper back discomfort. I describe that as a pins and needles sensation with a back ache.
