Jaw pain gallbladder

Common Questions and Answers about Jaw pain gallbladder

jaw-pain

Avatar f tn jaw pain has nothing to do with gallbladder,,,heart issues caould cause the center epigastric pain,,,and the jaw pain.
Avatar f tn sounds more like your heart then your gallbladder,,,i say this because you WILL experience the arm/jaw pain with heart issues,NOT with gallbladder issues.
Avatar n tn Pain in this area always alerts a physician to first check the Gallbladder. The Gallbladder also refers pain to the right shoulder. If the shoulder and jaw pain was on the LEFT side of the body, the heart and cardiovascular system should be evaluated and clinical correlation is required. Other less likely considerations would be accute myocardial infarction, gas, indigestion, intercostal neuritis, and diverticulitis.
Avatar m tn I am a 26 year old male, 5'11 240 lbs. For the past 3 or 4 months I have been having intermittent left arm pain that tends to change in places where it hurts ranging from my shoulder all the way down to the tips of my fingers and anywhere in between in my arm. Some times it hurts all the way down my arm and sometimes I may just have one little spot on my arm or even finger that hurts by itself. My right arm has hurt occasionally but not very often at all.
Avatar n tn So, I’m hoping this isn’t a heart issue at all. Can gallbladder problems really cause chest pain and tightness and palpitations like I’ve described? So far I’ve had a couple of ultrasounds and just had a CT with contrast that all came back normal. Everyone that I’ve spoken to about this who has had their gallbladder removed has said that my symptoms are exactly like theirs were before they had their gallbladder removed.
967947 tn?1258873459 I went to the hospital a few weeks ago from enduring so much pain in the abdomen. I found out my gallbladder was swelled with plenty of gallbladder stones. I had my gallbladder removed and I do feel better. I can eat and drink without being in so much pain. One of the gallbladder stones is stuck in the bile duct going to the liver. My liver enzymes were high at the hospital. The gallbladder stone is still inside there and they couldn't get it out.
Avatar f tn Thanks for your help forgot to mention I had endoscopy and hpylori blood test bout a year ago.I do have a lot of indigestion and have lost 45 pounds.I just worry bout the jaw pain and sweating have resorted to xanax to deal with it!!! it's ruining my life...if you think of anything else please let me know and I'll c my GI again.
270554 tn?1289511647 I too had many digestive problems after gallbladder removal. Horrible acid reflux, pain from my jaw, into my shoulder, my stomach etc. The doctors couldn't help me. I went to a local health food/naturapathic doctor. They told me the gallbladder produces enzymes that help break down food. I went on Digestiv Enzymes and all my acid/pain problems went away. Might be something to think about.
Avatar f tn after finishing the antibiotics my symptoms slowly started coming back mornimg nausea, slight abdominal pain and now i have jaw pain, facial pain under my right eye, headache over right eye, pressure on top of my head, dizziness, body aches that move, extreme anxiety and now suffering depression, i have constipation one day diareha the next, my legs feel extremley week and i feel like i have restless leg sydrome...
Avatar n tn This caused damage to my digestive system (gastroparesis and maybe gallbladder dyskinesia), which resulted in acid, bloating, nausea, stomach pains, etc. Jaw pain and dizziness became common place, as did headaches. This was caused by my TMD (TMJ) getting worse. Steps were taken to attempt resolution, and while the jaw pain and dizziness lessened, I started getting headaches more and more often. Taking medication for the heartburn (nexium) started making the headaches worse after a while.
Avatar m tn Please see my comment on the prior post about diagnosing... but given that you are a mother of twins (at least by name) I would suspect inflammation at the junction between your ribs and sternum, in the area of cartilage that provides for some motion between the two structures. Moving on your side or to your back would pyut different amounts of pressure on this area as the ribcage 'rolls' from the side to flat on the back.
Avatar n tn If it's heart ischemia and brought on by eating, it would also be brought on by exercise at that stage, even walking up a slight incline. Stress can obviously affect the digestive system dramatically, so I would get a Doctor to check you out.
Avatar f tn its almost like a gallbladder attack..except for the ear and head pain..I can get it to relieve itself by sticking my finger down my throat and throwing up..also if i take a rolaid that seems to help it only last about 10 mins or so.. but during thoes 10 mins its very scarey and stressfull.
Avatar f tn It all started in November 2013 I had this horrible attack I was in so much pain right above my left rib cage and the pain radiated into my left arm pit, down my left arm and up in my left jaw and in between my shoulder blades I went to the ER and was diagnosed with a peptic ulcer just because the pain subsided and I felt better when they gave me zantac in a IV.
Avatar f tn ve had 3 attacks of chest pain ,it starts under my right ribs and spreads to my sternum up into my throat ,my jaw and teeth and through to my back from the sternum and spreads under my ribs in my back .
1059996 tn?1262720062 I have sludge also. Chest pain, upper to mid back pain, right shoulder to in between shoulder blades. Neck pain that sometimes comes around to my right jaw. I've had several EKGs, stress test, blood work and all is fine there. I found a video with a doctor talking about hidden gallbladder symptoms. Every symptom I have was on this video. All due to lack of bile. The oddest part is I don't really have much stomach pain. It's very dull if I do.
Avatar f tn Let me start off by saying that I just had a baby about 4 months ago, a few days after giving birth I woke up at 3am with an weird stomach pain, I tossed and turned until I finally couldn't take it anymore. The pain was radiating from dull to severe, I thought it was chest pains and that I was having a heart attack, a few hours at the ER and the result was acid reflux. I went home feeling better and happy it was over with, then two nights later I woke up at the same time 3am.
Avatar f tn I am currently waiting on my ultrasound results from getting my gallbladder/kidneys/liver checked, due to right upper quadrant pain that radiates to my back shoulder blade. Last night, this pain was underneath both shoulder blades. As I sat down to dinner with my husband and kids, I got this horrible shooting pain in my neck - like a knife or a very tight squeeze into my neck vein (front left neck just under the jaw bone.) It was horrible and I couldn't talk.
Avatar m tn I felt slightly lightheaded but may have been hyperventilating due to pain and anxiety. No nausea, vomiting. Pain was intense at first--8-9 on a 1-10 scale but the intensity was intermittent--nearly unbearable for a while, decreased a little, bad again, etc. The pain lasted for about 45 minutes, then completely resolved, leaving me totally exhausted. Have had no further symptoms other than fatigue and an occasional mild colicky pain which I associate with gall bladder.
Avatar n tn It all started three weeks ago with right leg pain, I have been having right side pain and some pain in the left side and chest pain, the right leg pain is in the groin, calf and occasionally thigh area, diarrhea, jaw pain, chills, hands feel cold and sweaty, and also some left and right hip pain all this comes and goes.
Avatar f tn I am still feeling lots of upper abdominal pain and pain the throat area. My jaw continues to be sore. I am going to see the dermatologist and the ent. I do have gallbladder polyps. The yellowing in my tongue has not subsided.
Avatar n tn I would call your surgeon and let them know you are still having a lot of pain and find out if that is normal. Tell them what and where your pain is. Esp. tell them about the constipation. Hope this helps.
Avatar f tn After about 1 hour, I started to have lower jaw pain - it lasted less than a minute, but I was definitely aware of it. Today I had another EKG as well as an ECHO. MY EKG showed minor changes,my ECHO was normal and I am scheduled for a PET scan for a Myocardial Profusion in two weeks. My family history: my father was diagnosed with artery disease in his mid forties, he received a by-pass in his leg by age 50 and died of a massive heart attack at she 54.
Avatar f tn ive been having a lot of pain ever since i had given birth to my little boy, the pain is generally in my upper right abdominal, also been having a lot of constipation, and when i pass a bowel theres blood maybe from the force, i dont know, can u help me?
Avatar m tn About 2 weeks ago I began running a low grade fever (99.5 or so consistantly) and experiencing sharp pain in my right shoulder tip that doesn't appear to be triggered by any physical activity or resolve by not using it. It does get worse with deep breaths. After seeing my doctor I was sent for an abdominal ultrasound and chest ct. Chest ct was negative, ultrasound showed enlarged liver and spleen and could not get a good look at the gallbladder.
Avatar n tn i've heard gallbladder issues are never the same.. my mother had gallbladder problems and she had bad pains between her shoulderblades during an attack. If you have health insurance, a ultrasound wouldn't be a bad idea looking for a stone or blood test to check the liver...if you don't find anything..a HIDA scan would test the function of the gallbladder. My ultrasound and blood was negative but the HIDA scan showed mine only working like 12%. Probably worth checking into.
351724 tn?1267537018 t sound like it (but I am no doctor either) When I ha pain with my gallbladder it was in the upper right hand abdominaal area with really bad pinching feeling it would come and go and hurt worse if I had spicy foods or greasy foods or sodas (of course it was hard to stay away from that since I was pregnant hha) anyways I went to the doc about the pain and got refered to do an upper GI to look at my throat and stomach she thinks it might be ulcers (not sure yet) I also burp alot...
