You must get an allergy test done, either a skin test or RAST, to know what you are allergic to. Well, itchy palms with tiny white blisters could be eczema or it could be viral in origin—as a part of hand foot and mouth disease. It can also be pompholyx characterized by a sudden onset of many deep-seated pruritic, clear vesicles which itch and then peel off. As a result the skin may also fissure.
My daughter (14y) has intermittent raised white partially round lesions (sometimes small straight lines or dots) under the skin on her palms and soles. When they show, they itch so badly that they hurt. If she scratches them, they get extremely raised and white. They go away and more return. No scaly patches. No red rings. It is not tinea (ringworm). No contact derm issues. No other physiologic symptoms. Help!
I have recently developed little itchy bumps only on the palms of both hands and the bottom of both feet in the arch area. I can see them under the skin and when I scratch them they pop open and have water inside. If I scratch an area more will surface. I've never had this before. Can it be an allergy to something? Stress? My Dr. gave me a steroid cream to use at night with gloves and it's not working.

Also, a 24 hour antihistamine, Allegra is the best then Zyrtec then Clariton, take any of the 3 that you can tolerate.
Also, stay out of the heat, bright light bulbs, cover your self with a light shirt and pants.... a hat but you do not need to get heated like sweating....
Sometimes on the ends of the fingers the split in the skin is deeper, in which case the skin feels hard and numb and takes longer to peel off.
Exfoliative keratolysis may precede an itchy form of eczema in which there are small fluid-filled blisters.
Emollient(moisturizing) hand creams especially those containing urea, lactic acid, or silicone will help the condition, steroid ointments do not improve this.

ve been reading the forum threads - very helpful - but no one has noted my exact problem, which is itchy bumps on the palms of my hands. Not red, or white, they seem to come from within. My Dr. said they are probably not bites, as insects do not break the skin of the palms (too thick), and thinks it might be an allergy (to WHAT???).
He gave me some corticosteroid cream (this one has Fluocinonide), but it hasn't helped much yet (have used it for a little over a day).

I am suspicious about being infected, I tested 2 months negative and waiting to do another test after one more month. I feel burning, sometimes itchy palms, numbness also existing. hae ...i have a recurrent issue with the skin from my palms..it recurently peels off in patches which is quite embarassing..it`s totally painless and not itchy atall.please advice me on what my problem is and how to solve it.I HAVE HEARD THIS PROBLEM FOR over 6 years now.please help.

I have these blisters on the soles of my feet and my palms break out and then they peel. It clears up about a week before my period then starts all over again. It’s very sore and itchy. No doctors have seem to find a treatment that works. Help!
My 2 year old daughter has severely itchy palms of her hands and soles of her feet, to the point her hands are swollen and bright red and the bottoms of her feet are bright red, her hands and feet also get very hot to the touch. During the day it doesn’t bother her as much but at night she can hardly sleep. This has been going on for 3 weeks and her Pediatrician and Dermatologist are not sure what her diagnosis is.
they told me it was common and to apply a corticosteroid like Cortaid to it. Anyway, skin is affected during pregnancy and my skin gets itchy when that happens. My dermatologist recommended Aveeno Eczema Balm which I got at the drug store. I don't have eczema but love this stuff. I use it on myself and my kids (my son swims and can get chafed from the water, so he puts it on now as a barrier to prevent this). Anyway, it lessons my skin from being itchy.
Is anyone else having this problem? I am 29 weeks and 5 days along in my pregnancy and for the past couple days I've experienced extremely itchy skin. I have noticed that my feet in my palms of my hands are more itchy than normal. I have read on the internet that could be bile from your liver? I have been having sensitive and irritable skin on the palms of my hands lately. I was itching a bump that I thought was a spider bite when I decided to take a good look at both hands. There are red itchy and irritated bumps on both palms. Some itch, some hurt a little. I have a few on my right hand where you would develop calluses, but especially on the fleshy part just below the pinky.
I have very tiny holes up to 40 on both palms, they are more specifically following the creases/lines, the skin looks very dry and the patch is bit rough than the rest of the skin. Its not itchy at all. I have no previous experience of working with chemicals or any substances. Any remedy to fix up this holes?

The bumps cover my entire palm and are on both hands, I actually think they may be on my fingers too, but if so, they are very small. The bumps vary in size. The bumps stay on my palms and slowly fade away as my hands dry out (This takes about 20 minutes at the most). The bumbs are hard, almost callous like, slightly itchy, and mildly painful, especially in the creases of my hands when I try to bend my hands.
The rash on the palms and feet start with what appear to be small clear pustules under the surface of the skin. The skin then becomes very hot, red, itchy and puffy. The skin gets very thick, then eventually dries and peels away. This is ALWAYS accompnied in the first 2-3 days by a spotty rash across my stomach and chest, and a dark red and hot rash on my inner thighs. In the worst cases, I also get a fever. I've been to a doctor several times, and they just tell me to take Cortizone cream.
