Hello, It can be due to atopic dermatitis, eczema, heat rash or fungal infection if it is spreading. The treatment for all of these is entirely different. I suggest you to get an evaluation and a KOH examination of the skin scrapings done to confirm the diagnosis for any fungal infection. Biopsy skin can also be done. I hope it helps. I have a friend who is starting triple treatment this Friday. He has treated twice before and has been a partial responder. He was told that Vertex now recommends starting a week or longer before treatment and applying a combination of eucerin and hydrocortisone cream.....every day, head to toe. Like others here i have sensitive skin , i also developed a bad rash on several body parts , that itches and acts like a bad heat rash . I also use a Heath Food product Bovine Colostrum 20 % for Psorisis , that i have used for years , but doubled up the dose to 1 Tablespoon twice daily . And have now about 90 % controlled the rash , but still have some itching .
