Docs said it would go away after I delivered because most likely a nerve was being pressed on...Needless to say it did not go away, and has only been progressivley getting worse. It now starts just above the knee cap and covers almost the whole upper thigh in front...no numbness or anything on the back of my leg.

Avatar m tn Interestingly, the skin heals almost immediately after the wheat clears out of your system. As bad as my skin looked, I thought it would take days or weeks to heal. In fact, as early as the next day all the redness and inflammation were gone. Do a Google search about anal itching and wheat allergies. You'll be a believer. Better yet, give up wheat!

I've been told its dermatitan style = 'background-color: #dae8f4'>isan> or maybe something else. The spots are not sore just itchy and hardely noticable. Seems similiar to what happened to you..
Avatar n tn Shamefully, for almost 8 years I have been getting very small itchy blan style = 'background-color: #dae8f4'>isan>ters on various spots on my arms and legs. The small blan style = 'background-color: #dae8f4'>isan>ters develop and immediately itch intensely, which an style = 'background-color: #dae8f4'>isan> how I know they're there. They have a clear fluid inside, with no puss. When I scratch them in my sleep or when they break, they often weep a little amber colored liquid. Also, when I scratch them, more tiny blan style = 'background-color: #dae8f4'>isan>ters will develop around the original blan style = 'background-color: #dae8f4'>isan>ter, signifying an infection.
Avatar n tn I am 19 years old, and I too have than style = 'background-color: #dae8f4'>isan> symptom... the itchy labia, though mine are the labia minora; and no dan style = 'background-color: #dae8f4'>isan>charge, smell, or burning... unless I scratch it. When it first started itching, I was able to resan style = 'background-color: #dae8f4'>isan>t scratching and I expected it to burn something awful when I urinated, because I suspected a UTI; however, it didn't burn like a UTI, so it wasn't that. It's been itching on and off for three days, so I decided to google it to see if I could find any sort of help.

So I wait.
Avatar n tn I have had the same symptoms (red swollen eyelids, both top and bottom, red swelling on the skin to the outside of the eyes, flakey, dry itchy too) for about 5 weeks. I thought it was becuase I am newly pregnant (hormones?) - have tried the baby soap and have been not wearing makeup, washed all my makeup brushes, changed pillow case more often and nothing an style = 'background-color: #dae8f4'>isan> helping. However, Aveeno HanD cream does help with the dryness and itching a bit, but it does not cure it.
Avatar n tn Hi there, I have had symptoms since last June (07) that I have had all infectious conditions ruled out. I am now looking at biopsy of the vulvar skin to uncover some answers, so I wanted to post here to see if any other women have gone to a dermatologan style = 'background-color: #dae8f4'>isan>t and had results. I have posted on the women's health forums here, but since i have ruled out std's, fungus, bacteran style = 'background-color: #dae8f4'>isan>, yeast, hormone levels, strep-B, etc etc, than style = 'background-color: #dae8f4'>isan> an style = 'background-color: #dae8f4'>isan> clearly a skin an style = 'background-color: #dae8f4'>isan>sue.
Avatar m tn NOT sure about that, but I did hear that that sensation in the legs an style = 'background-color: #dae8f4'>isan> a symptom of that, and that in some cases, the skin crawling sensation can occur all over the body, not just the legs, and still be considered RLS. Undecided about RLS possibility. The only other things I have going on that MAY be related, an style = 'background-color: #dae8f4'>isan> an upper back pain/numbness... unknown cause. Been going on for years though. No diagnosan style = 'background-color: #dae8f4'>isan>. So basically I'm out of ideas, and about to go insane.
Avatar n tn With my first child I took one of those stupid early pregnancy tests (the ones you can take 3 days before your man style = 'background-color: #dae8f4'>isan>sed period) and it came up negative. I then took one at my Obgyn's office the day my period was supposed to start and it was negative. My doctor advan style = 'background-color: #dae8f4'>isan>ed me to wait 3 days and to test again. I did and it was finally positive. The one thing I noticed when I finally tested postive was that there was a noticable difference in the way my urine smelled.
Avatar n tn Blocked tubes so I am definately concerned that if I am pregnant that it could be a tubal pregnancy. I am only 6 days late but with the other 2 pregnancies had early positives. Now I took a home test when I was 3 days late- negative and a blood test 5 days late- negative too. They wanted to start me on provera but I wanted to do a little research first.
Avatar n tn So, it an style = 'background-color: #dae8f4'>isan> also possible you could be receiving a positive result due to the Ovidrel shot, not due to pregnancy. Wan style = 'background-color: #dae8f4'>isan>hing you the best of luck.......I am rooting for you!!!
Avatar m tn It sounds like a whole lot of man style = 'background-color: #dae8f4'>isan>ery for you. for the itchy skin, did you try QUELL lotion (over the counter item)--maybe scabies. Or cortizone cream? For the things crawling out your anus (maybe pinworms). ask your doctor for a prescription for Vermox or Mebendazole(by Rx only). In general, just google MORGELLONS SYNDROME or Morgellons dan style = 'background-color: #dae8f4'>isan>ease and see if it fits you. I do not think you are imagining what you are feeling.
Avatar n tn If i wear socks and shoes it happens (dont understand why). I also have itchy skin all over. Its very intense but there an style = 'background-color: #dae8f4'>isan> no redness or swelling there. My scalp itches incessantly even though there an style = 'background-color: #dae8f4'>isan> no redness, swelling or flaking. In fact its like my hair folicles are on fire at times. It feels so deep and intense. I have to take a 24hr antihystamine every day which an style = 'background-color: #dae8f4'>isan> expensive. It an style = 'background-color: #dae8f4'>isan> the only thing that relieves it.
Avatar n tn I heard that CM increases with pregnancy.....I don't remember getting than style = 'background-color: #dae8f4'>isan> with my son in my early pregnancy, but then again that was 10 years ago. I was pregnant in the spring and man style = 'background-color: #dae8f4'>isan>carried, but I am pretty sure I had extra CM at first. Who knows....good luck, maybe than style = 'background-color: #dae8f4'>isan> an style = 'background-color: #dae8f4'>isan> it for both of us. Let me know your results.
