Ok, I really, really need to some reassurance here, and some advice. About June of last year, I noticed a round bump on the side of my scrotum, near where it attaches to my penis. I ignored it, picked at it, etc. It did not get any worse, or any better, and there was only one. I got annoyed and just cut it off with some scissors, figuring it was a skin tag.
A few weeks later, i noticed a very itchy feeling in my pubic hair. I hoped it would go away... it didn't.
I've had itchy scrotum for past few yrs (5~6??). I've seen couple dermatologists, and tried the creams they prescribed. One was Cloderm (clocortolone pivalate) cream, .1%, and the other was Atopiclair. The creams seem to lessen the itchiness, but it's not getting rid of it. Can you recommend some other solution to get rid of the itchiness?
I am having a big problem with an itchy scrotum after sex. It started last month. My wife and I use condoms for birth control. On one occassion we noticed a collection of a white substance at he base of the condom after sex. The substance was at the top of my scrotum where it meets the base of the shaft. I thought it was a colletction of the lubricant from the condom, however, my wife thought it looked like a yeast discharge. She didn't notice any symptoms of a yeast infection.
Hey, I have a itchy scrotum. In my genital area, i have these red looking pimples and they also seem to be somewhere really close to ma anus. I have also noticed some white dots on the underskin of my penis. I think i might have these dots on my testicles too .This is happening to me from the last 10 days. I wake up in the middle of the night and start scratching my scrotum( testicles). I apply creams such as Candid,Fucidin and Calendula to my pimples( in the genital area, even the testicles).

There are many red spots and rashes on my scrotum all over the place like you'll see in skin allergy on other part of your body. Itching is unstoppable. Hi I am 14. for about 1 and a half years, the skin on my scrotum has been itchy. It is only itchy when I am remaining inactive for a while, sometimes in the shower, and at night. Another point to notice is that it is itchy no where else at alllll. I have a theory that sicne I started wearing my uncles boxers (yeah he had a bunch of nice clothing that didnt fit anymore, but was washed) it started then. Sometimes when I am wearing sweatpants and nothing else with and itchy bottom it starts again.
Yes I have this itchy scrotum. I'm on a medication that causes eczema. I can't stop taking the medication or else I won't have any place to live. The itching is in fact all over my body; but I learned that certain foods causes me to break out in hives in conjuction with the medication. The itching on my scrotum is forever constant. I've tried all kinds of anti-itch medication as well as 1% hydrocortizones. Nothing works on this itch. I mean no oils,lotions,body wash.
Every time I eat many peanuts, that night my scrotum itches badly. I assume it's related to peanut allergy but have never had any other symptoms from eating peanuts.
i too have had a drive me crazy itchy scrotum for about three years. i have found hydroval (prescription cream) to be helpful. after bathing it without soap dry well and apply to scrotum NOT ON GROIN AREA. May need a second application on the following day. wash hands immediately after using. this will do until next bath or shower.
October 15, 2010, I still have mild headache, penis itchy and left side scrotum itchy. There is no exterior rash I can see, but still purple. sometimes joint aches. The itchy is not as intense as 2 months ago, but feel uncomfortable. Yellow and white tongue. For information average body temperature has been between 96.8 to 97.9 sometimes 98.4. Also my weight went from 249 pounds to 233 pounds.
October 28 , 2010 had an Endoscopy. Findings Gastritis, and found a polyp which was pre cancer.
s a hot day the skin on my scrotum develops red and itchy bumps like that of mosquito bites, also the scrotum feels a bit sticky due to moisture, I can also notice pieces of dead skin the next day. I've never seen blood on the area. I've never had any sexual contact so there's no chance of STD. Mostly it happens on the left side of scrotum and the right side is completely fine.
There is no pain in testicles.

Hi, over the summer, I've had some patches of dry itchy skin on my scrotum, but they have come and gone. I have used Cortisone on it and it seems to help the symptoms.
However, recently, after waking up from my nap today, I noticed some small, red, almost scaly spots on the shaft of my penis, (picture attached). There is also a patch closer the the head of my penis that is significantly more red than the others, is slightly raised, and is also scaly/dry. None of these are itchy.
about 8 weeks ago i noticed everytime i took a hot shower my scrotum became itchy, i simply scratch *** any would at the time i had no skin irritation or anything, well about 6 weeks ago as the itching continued to get worse even outside of the shower i noticed a small patch of redness and swellin on the upper part of m scrotum on the left side i made an appointment with the free county health department, n had my std check up told them about it they looked n said it was nothing to worry about t
2) Within a week I began to get very itchy again, but this time at the place where the base of my scrotum and thigh meet on the left side (not the scrotum itself). It remained itchy for a few weeks and a small dark spot developed that would cause severe itching if I scratched it.
3) Around the same time, I got general itchiness around my pubic area and the same sort of itchiness on the opposite side of my scrotum (not the scrotum itself).
