I'm 16 years old, and a few days ago i noticed what could to be a rash of some sort, around the area of my Vulva and Anus, along with two small lines that went out a little ways on to each butt cheek. I am really hoping this is just a rash and not a STD. The Rash ( if it actually is one) is made of a bunch of tiny red bumps that that at first itched like crazy.
Vusion ointment took the rash away temperarily and left the scaling, but now the rash is back. Is there a relation between all these symptoms? I want to have another baby, but I don't know if it is safe yet. My husband and I have been abstinate in the mean time. I think my gyno wants to do a biopsy. Can you give any clues to what these symptoms could be?

starts with swelling of my vulva, which is very painful and seeps a clear discharge, then I breakout in a rash all over my body, which itches intensely! and my hands have completely peeled and my feet are peeling now, the last few days my tips of my fingers feel like the skin is thickening....
I have about 3 small pimple like bumps around my vulva. I do shave, so I thought that they were just ingrown hairs. I 'popped' one and it wasn't painful or itchy. Some blood and oil came out. I'm very nervous about this, because I've only had unprotected sex with my boyfriend, and he and I were virgins when we met. Can anyone help?
Several skin conditions like eczema, psoriasis, lichen simplex, lichen planus and lichen sclerosus all cause itchy vulva. Since you have lichen planus on gums, maybe its there on vagina too. Maybe you can seek a second opinion about this. Diabetes is another cause for vaginal itch. Do get your blood sugar tested both fasting and two hours after food. Urinary incontinence too can cause vaginal itch. Menopause is another cause.
My wife has now noticed that areas of her vulva are red, itchy and dry too. We have both been traveling around the world for 9 months. During travel was when I first noticed my shaft red and dry. I thought it was due to the hard travel conditions, but we have been back in the States for months now. We are currently in a drier climate than we usually live, but now that my wife has seen the same symptoms I am concerned it is something that was caught maybe from our travels.
For the past year, I have been experiencing burning and stinging in my vulva (which is NOT made worse by peeing), which comes and goes but can last for over a month and is extremely uncomfortable. The area looks normal, and there is no unusual discharge. The last time I had these symptoms was in March - they came on suddenly with a stinging sensation, and lasted for 6 weeks.
For a couple of days I had a dark itchy rash in my inner tights and the doctor said it was a heat rash. The vulvonitis lasted 2 weeks. The overall rash lasted for a 2 weeks. This happened to me 2 months and half ago. I still have that doubt that I could have HIV. Does this sound like ARS?
So for 1 and a half month I have been dealing with this issue. My symptoms were itching and burning of the genitalia, which I had assumed at the time was a vaginal yeast infections. So I did many treatments of Monistat, which helped, but the symptoms always came back. So I started using Monistat externally only on the vulva and it helped alot, until recently. The burning and itching came back while I was applying the Monistat externally. Oh, also was experience an itchy anus too.
While making Love to my wife, I remember insistently rubbing her Vulva with my finger. Since she liked it I may have over done it. She did complain of redness and minor discomfort which we thought will go away. Few days later (yesterday), while normal love making, she observed that she felt itchy and felt like scratching the red portion. I too examined and found her outer lips to be red. Can this be treated locally with some lotions etc. or is it time to visit the Gynea?
I've seen several posts on here from 2008 till 2010 about itchy vulva/labia and I was wondering what there is to do a bout a constant itch? I noticed that I itch a lot more at night and in the heat, then I have an intense cycle of scratch itch and dryness and then sores from scratching so hard that I cut the tissues with my nails.
For the past 3 YEARS I've had to deal with an itchy, irritated vaginal area. Over the course of that time, I've seen a total of 5 doctors... my family physician, a gynecologist, and 3 dermatologists. And, in that time, I've never really gotten a straight answer as to what's going on 'down there'. I've never heard the term "Bacterial Vaginosis" or "Vulvodynia", but could it be this? Thing is, it's only uncomfortable... there usually isn't any visual sign of soreness.
The rash covers most of my buttocks, but the larger papules and patches occur in different places and keep appearing over a couple of weeks. The rash is quite itchy and burns - especially before the rash appears and even for a few days after. I suffer from dry skin on my vulva around this time as well - the skin is always papery and sometimes this flakes (in areas where my clothing rubs).
I had been out all day househunting in warm, humid June weather wearing a thong and spandex tights, and only noticed this irritation when I urinated. I looked in the mirror and saw some tiny bumps on my vulva, close to my outer labia that didnt hurt, werent necessarily even itchy, but they had a bit of liquid coming out of each of them. They werent clustered or anything, and I put some yeast cream on them and they were gone by the morning (gone in a period of about 8 hours or less).
I have had a very itchy vaginal rash for over a year now. I did start notice of an odor in the beginning, it has changed now, not as bad as before. But it keeps getting itchier and itchier, now it seems that a rash appears its not pimple like.. or like razor rash.. but like a bump under the skin that is VERY itchy. Its not herpes? because it isnt blisterish ? Its not a yeast infection because there is no itching or rash around the area yeast infections occur.
Doctor said that I have cervicitis when she did the colposcopy. After a few days, I noticed a couple of bumps on my outer labia (vulva)and they are itchy (size of pimple). Is this related to my hpv? Or is it possibly yeast infection due to the antibiotic that she applied during colposcopy? Or is this early symptoms of vulvar cancer? I am so worried.
Early last week, I started experiencing typical yeast infection symptoms (itching and clumpy white discharge). Last Friday, I developed a small red rash on my inner right thigh. (It looked a bit like friction burn, and didn't hurt or itch.) Over the course of the weekend, it spread to my left inner thigh, very outer lips of my vulva, and anal area. It is now mostly a solid reddish color with red spots at the edge. It is not blistering, pimply, or itchy - but it is slightly sore.
I have an itchy red rash inside my buttock cheeks. On one side it looks circular and isn't itchy. The other side feels like I have hives. A while back I had an itchy elliptical hive like raised spot on my vulva. I put Bacitracin on it. Then some hydrocortisone. It disappeared within a day or so. Anyone have any idea of what I have. I went to my MD about the raised hive spot; but by the time I got there, it was just about gone.
He also perscribed cream that if I felt the rash starting to itch, I applied it and that was it, it went away. I ahven't had this rash for over a year now. The lastest development is that about a year ago, I got a rash in the middle of my right bum cheek. I had no unsual sexual contact prior to this, as I was with my boyfriend for 3 years. It went away in about 10 days also. It left a red/purpely/silvery scar for some time that was still vaguely visible months after.
) At first I felt like the condition was alleviated by the use (it seemed to get better and worse in cycles (recently I felt like the anus was starting to get more itchy than the vulva) - in the last few days it felt better during the day but has been especially itchy during the night - right before I go to bed). But yesterday I noticed that I had a rash on the inside of my thighs (close to the vagina - about 2.5 inches radius) that was not there before.
Ok, so I've been putting up with on again, off again itching for months on my labia, near my vaginal opening. Never "diagnosed" with HPV but I did get rid of a suspected wart this past year. Can you have a bacterial infection without discharge? It drives me CRAZY sometimes, the only thing that calms it is gold bond ointment, which is minty and refreshing but I'd like no itch. No "rash" that I can see, unless I give in and scratch.
now my whole vagna is covered in like a chap red rash . its not itchy , but the inside of my vagina still is. I've never had sex , but i was aten out about a month agoo .. I dont want to go to my doctor , any idea what this iss ?
hi for the past week i have had a problem with small, sometimes large bumps on my legs and in my groin region. they itchy like crazy. i apply hrdrocortizone and that seems to help. i dont itch at night but only during the day. a few days ago i thought that maybe it might be something like herpes or HPV but i was talking to people and they said that if it was something like that it would not be helped with by hydrocortizone. i have also seen bumps on my scrotum.
