Common Questions and Answers about Itchy rash top foot

My boyfriend has a large (palm size) rash on top of his foot ( has a very shingle-like rash in appearance). The only reason I say this is because he just recovered from shingles recently. The rash doesn't look like "heat rash"...because of the pink background and rash isn't evenly distributed. It is also not at the bottom of his feet or in between his toes. it also has a white/clearish looking tiny blisters all over.
My boyfriend has a rash on his foot between the fourth toe and the pinky toes on both feet (but has spread further down now). He the first time he went to the doctors about it was about 13 years ago who told him it was red blaze(?) and was given some cream. Well the cream didn't work and he has never went back to the doctors since, but its getting worse. He says that it feels like beneth his skin is on fire and no matter how much he scratches it it still won't stop.

About a month ago or so my husband complained about an odd rash on the top of his foot but it must not have been too bothersome because he didn't do anything about it, and i never noticed it until he pointed it out...but about a week or two ago I guess the itching got worse so he started using Lotrimin, thinking it was athlete's foot...but it wasn't between his toes at all and after a few days of using it the rash started turning a dark brown, so i told him to stop using it...

there are a million other things that could cause a rash on your foot... the fact that the rash is on your foot and not on your genitals or oral area should relieved you significantly...because thats were most herpese outbreaks occur... ill leave the rest to the professionals...
In the past i have been diagnosed with moderate to severe eczema, treated with different concentrations of hydrocortisone cream but when i moved out of my old house and into a new one the rash pretty much disappeared. the problem is once every month or so my foot still gets extremely unbearably itchy and i'll scratch just a few times but it still destroys the top layer of skin, and it wont bleed but it weeps.
Today I noticed little red dots of itchy rash on the tops of my feet. Can someone please provide some possible causes and subsequent remedies for my ailing feet?
I have itchy red bumps that showed up on the sole of my foot 2 weeks ago. I began using an athlete's foot anti-fungal cream which appeared to be helping. The red bumps went away and left a slight pinkish appearance where the bumps were. I continued using the cream, however, a few days later, a new bump appeared. It also looks like all of the bumps are connected by a ridge and are spreading in a line.
I would like to know the answer to the beach related foot rash too, because I just left myrtle beach today and got a horrible rash like you described on the top of my foot. It looks horrible and itches. Please let me know if you figured out what caused it and how long it lasted for.
A few weeks ago my friend wore his new pair of shoes to work were he is on his feet all day. Within the next few days he got a weird itchy rash and blisters on the top of his foot. The shoes were from somewhere like Platos Closet meaning they were previously owned so we were thinking it might be athletes foot.
A few weeks ago I noticed that my left knee was very itchy, but took no notice. Shortly afterwards my left foot developed itchy red bumps around the toes. I figured this was athletes foot or something similar so started applying Dakta Gold once a day. So far this hasn't helped, and the itching has gotten much worse. It's spread over the top of both feet, around the heel, up both legs and on my hands too. Yesterday my right arm was extremely itchy and came up in red bumps.
I have an itchy spreading rash that began a few weeks ago on my left foot and has spread on top of my foot then on the front of my left shin. Next I got it on the back of both elbows and today on my other shin. It doesn't itch all the time. Some of them look like bumps and some are round red patches. I don't have any other symptoms and I have never had any rashes before. Can someone help me? I recently switched jobs and don't have insurance yet.
none of these have helped. The blisters on the foot have stopped but there is a rash of tiny bumps in clusters . And she is starting to get the tiny clusters of bumps in the palms of her hands and they are itching as well. She has not shown sighns of the rash or blisters anywhere else on her body other than the palms of her feet and now on the palms of her hands. She has not had a feavor or sore throught or any other symptoms.
I have a rash that started on the top of my hand, everyone told me it was ringworm, or athlete's foot. I've tried every antifungal, including jock itch cream, yeast infection cream, lamisil, etc. I've had it for about 6 months, and it's slowly spread up to my elbow in patches no bigger than a quarter, the bumps are white and red, and for the most part nothing comes out of them except for the occasional clear, blister like puss. What do I do? What is it.
My granddaughter started a rash on the soles of her feet to the top of her feet and up her ankles. Can up help us with what this condition might be?
Its on the top sole of my right foot, about 3 inched from the tip of the big toe and about 1 inch in diameter. I know that I work in a kitchen that involved heat, so my feet sweat a lot and my socks are usually scummy and I throw them right away. They are also soaked. What is this thing and how do I get rid of it?
I have this strange rash on my middle finger and on the top of my foot. The rash appears as little raised red bumps some with a small dark spot in the middle. The seem to be hard and not filled with anything and they do not seem to be spreading. They are not itchy either they are just kind of sore feeling and annoying. Does anyone have any idea to what i should try?
E as he was covered top to toe in itchy rash but at hospital with antihistamin it disappeared over a day and hasn't come back. We first thought he had an allergic reaction to some insect bites (mosquito or spider) he got when we were camping in Namibia. i had the same bites. neither of us had many. The specialist thought it was an allergic reaction to a cutaneous larva migrans infection that he had got from the damp sand where we were camping in Namibia.
It never travels to my right foot. It begins as small bumps that then become itchy and fluid filled. There can be just one, or multiple. It does not cover my entire foot. (like right now, it is on the top of my big toe, in the arch, and on the left side) There are times where it is not there at all. To average it out, I get about one week every couple of months where I do not have any lesions. At first I thought it was athletes foot, however, no OTC treatment worked to cure it.
Why the fever for two days now?? She said maybe I have a virus on top of this reaction...weird? Today the rash is very itchy especially around the back of the ankle area and on my right ankle at the back I have this raised straight line right across that it sooo soo itchy. Any ideas or advice???

I have a quarter-size very dry spot on top of my foot, almost at the base of where my leg and foot connect. When I touch it, it feels tingly. It does not itch or hurt, just very dry and annoying to look at. I have tried lotions, but it does not work. I also have a dime sized spot in the same location on my other foot. Same symptoms. The spot on each foot is darker in color. This problem showed up about a year and a half ago.
When a foot is hot and sweaty, the sock sticks to the foot. The sock and foot then rub against each other and the inside of the shoe causing blisters to appear. Wear shoes that fit properly and keep feet as dry as possible. Wearing wet shoes, boots and socks will increase your chance of developing blisters. So change socks regularly. And use foot powder to help keep your feet dry. If the blisters still persist then please get it evaluated from a dermatologist/podiatrist.
