The rash started two days ago and its mostly all over my legs, but still itchy on my neck and arms/hands. The rash is very itchy and consists of very small bumps that can't be seen unless looked at carefully. I am also African American so I'm not sure if I only cannot see the bumps because of my color. Yesterday, Saturday, I slept most of the day, didn't eat anything, and had diarrhea. Is it possible that I can get only this symptom 14 weeks after the exposure?

I have protected intercourse with an unknown status individual 12 weeks ago (85 days). 8th week : I woke up and vomited at night, the next day I had diarrhea and low grade fever with extreme muscle ache. I assume that this is close to a flu-like symptoms or food poisoning. I took medication and was back to normal the next day.
