Itchy palms bumps

Common Questions and Answers about Itchy palms bumps

Hi everyone, I've been reading the forum threads - very helpful - but no one has noted my exact problem, which is itchy bumps on the palms of my hands. Not red, or white, they seem to come from within. My Dr. said they are probably not bites, as insects do not break the skin of the palms (too thick), and thinks it might be an allergy (to WHAT???). He gave me some corticosteroid cream (this one has Fluocinonide), but it hasn't helped much yet (have used it for a little over a day).
I have been getting these little bumps on my palms and fingers. In the sun they look like a small pore with some skin over top and they are clear. I can't pop them. They are really itchy though and get kind of raised. I don't have any other symptoms. But they are driving me crazy. It seems like they dry up and then the skin over top peels off and then it starts again a few weeks/months later. Any feedback? I can't go to the doctor right now.
I have recently developed little itchy bumps only on the palms of both hands and the bottom of both feet in the arch area. I can see them under the skin and when I scratch them they pop open and have water inside. If I scratch an area more will surface. I've never had this before. Can it be an allergy to something? Stress? My Dr. gave me a steroid cream to use at night with gloves and it's not working.
The bumps cover my entire palm and are on both hands, I actually think they may be on my fingers too, but if so, they are very small. The bumps vary in size. The bumps stay on my palms and slowly fade away as my hands dry out (This takes about 20 minutes at the most). The bumbs are hard, almost callous like, slightly itchy, and mildly painful, especially in the creases of my hands when I try to bend my hands.
A few days later it started to itch a little, and now at a little over a week after, I have little bumps that seem to come from within my hand. And those bumps itch. The peeling hasn't gotten much bigger, it not quite as big a dime. I now have also noticed the same thing happening on the other hand in the same place. Only on the pinky finger side of my hand. What could this be and what is causing it? And what can I do to fix it? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
About 4-5 pm yesterday i started to notice that my tongue was hurting a bit, like if there was something biting or scratching it (mostly in the back of the tongue, but would eventually hurt on the sides too), also my palms are tight, itchy, and really red (probably from scratching though), as well as I have some bumps on my forearms.
Also apply mild steroid cream on the bumps and take some antihistaminic like Benadryl or Claritin if the bumps are itchy. Hope it helps.Take care and pls do keep me posted on how you are doing.
i have tiny itchy itchy bumps on my hands most of them look like ant bites a few look more like just red itchy bumps on my pinky there is maybe two or three red bumps together they almost look like mosquito bites. have some around my elbow and have some in the under arm close to the armpits. but i do have alot of these ant and mosquito looking bites on my fingers and palms.
Doc, I have benn getting small red blisters/ bumps on my fingers and palms of both hands for about 8 years now. I am 36y/o. They come and go periodically out of nowhere. They are about the size of a pen tip. They do not pop. They do not itch. They do hurt when pushed on directly. They can last anywhere from 2-3 days to 3-4 weeks. I may get one or two and the a wekk later get more each time on the left or right hand. could this be Herpes? Does Herpes appear in exactly the same place each time?
There are red itchy and irritated bumps on both palms. Some itch, some hurt a little. I have a few on my right hand where you would develop calluses, but especially on the fleshy part just below the pinky. Last year for the first time I developed a patch of eczema over my eyebrow, so I wouldn't rule that out, but this is something brand new for me. Is Cortisone Cream the answer? haus26 This discussion is related to <a href='http://www.medhelp.
i hae had these bumps appear off and on on just the palms of my hands. they AREN'T itchy, they have no fluid in them, they don't hurt and aren't sore. The do get itchy when they appear for a few minutes then they don't bother me after that. I did have a few appear on the top of my foot but they went away but the ones on my hands aren't going away. I have seen a doctor and he didn't know what these were, he did say he didn't believe it to be scabies because they don't bother me.
Now no matter how much lotion I put on I'm extremely itchy. My face is really dry too, but not itchy. I itch every where else though. I had the same itchness with my first pregnancy, but not this bad.
I have small, white, blister-like bumps on my palms right now. They're not itchy at all. I was just wondering what these are, because I also had them twice, before. The first instance was when I was taking Tylenol3 last year, and the second one was around Christmas, when I had a few drinks. This week it happened again, right after I had my rashes from drinking something alcoholic. Can anyone tell me what this is?
Dr., I have been getting small red bumps and or blisters on my palms, fingers and sides of hands for several years (7-8). The red bumps appear larger than the small blisters. The blisters are only about the size of a pen tip, and the red bumps are slightly larger. the bumps do not hurt, but the blisters do only when direct pressure is applied to them. They appear on both hands/fingers in random areas and pop up without warning. They can appear single or in multiples.
Na - Seriously, I get it on and off, but in addition to the feeling of something crawled through my hair, I get a serious pinching, burning and itching on the inside of my arms on and off. I could rip my skin off it drives me so crazy. There is nothing there, no spots, no bumps, nothing. Can last days, or hours - it varies so much. I would say since there is nothing there you can see either, it's more than likely parethesias caused by the damage from your MS.
I now have little bumps on my elbows, upper legs, and the palms of my hands. If any one can help me! I would be more then happy, cause I can't get in to talk to a doctor for a few weeks!
Hello, The small itchy bumps on your fingers can be due to contact dermatitis or dyshidrotic eczema. For the itchy bumps, take antihistaminics like Benadryl(causes drowsiness) and Claritin and apply some calamine lotion on the rashes as it helps in soothing the skin. You can also apply mild steroid cream on the rash.If the symptoms persists then oral steroids may be needed which are available on prescription. Also keep the area well moisturized with good moisturiers.
Then I started getting itchy red bumps on my left forearm a few days later. These bumps seem different from the ones on my finger since they would "pop" when I rub it (usually when I put on soap in the shower or when I put on a shirt). When it "pops", a little bit of fluid would come out. A few days after that, my left thigh started itching. Turns out it's similar to the bumps on my left forearm.
I have developed a new problem at I wondered if anyone else has.... I have been getting itchy bumps on my feet. They are similar to blisters but some seem to come to the surface of the skin while some remain below the surface. THEY ITCH LIKE CRAZY! Sometimes I can't sleep due to the itching. Sometimes my palms also itch but they do not blister they just turn bright red. Does anyone have this problem? Maybe it is not connected with MS. Just wondering if I am the only one with this problem.
A few more days my foot is not getting better and tiny bumps on my palms and fingers of hands showing up. They itch as well. (like little itchy water blisters... sometimes clustering to look like poison ivy) I (being a poor college student) scrounge up enough money Fri to go to a doc in the box, who is equally perplexed and thinks I have Hand Foot and Mouth desease and Athletes Foot (but it just doesnt seem feesable because i have no mouth bumps, nor am I sick... they just... ITCH!
I was reading the entrys on the white itchy bumps on the palms of your hand and i have had the same thing for a month but my main concern is now my 16 month old has them also. Im woundering if its bed bugs bitting us but then why would it only be on the palm of our hands? I put cortizone cream on it and the itching stops but I want to know what it is.
My son has started developing a painful, itchy rash on the palm of his hands after helping to remove a rug in our basement(that had just been cleaned). 3 days later, the rash is beginning to get small bumps/blisters especially on the sides of his fingers. He also has dry patches where the skin looks like it is beginning to heal.Is this an allergic reaction? He has been sick the week prior with a headache and tiredness.
The second time my Gyno prescribed medication for an infection and 1 week later I developed the itchy palms and upper chest. These are all allergic reactions. The first time I didn't know what was wrong with me, I too was waiting for money to come into my life, but after a week and that didn't happen, I went to a Walk-in clinic and they gave me prescription strength Benedryl and told me I was having an allergic reaction.
i was reading about the STD syphilius, and that spots on the palms of the hands or the palms of the feet were a symptom of its second stage. Try reading about it and see if it applies to you. Hope that helped.
I have a small itchy bumps on the palms of my hands, and fewer on the tops of my hands. They are very red in the morning and itch very badly in the middle of the night and in the morning. Then during the day the redness fades and they become less itchy. There seem to be more and more bumps everyday. I also had the same kind of rash on my stomach, but that has disappeared, though my stomach still itches.
