Hi I've had red itchy bumps on labia majora for a couple months now. I developed an itchy rash in the crease between thigh and vulva and used anti fungal cream. That part has seemed to clear up for the most part but the red itchy bumps on my labia majora are still there. They do not hurt, and they have not blistered they just itch on and off.

Every time I have sex with my boyfriend, the inside of my labia minora, which are very large and hang about one inch below the labia majora, turn a fiery red and itch like crazy, beginning a few hours later. There is no discharge. This does not happen on the outside of the labia minora, nor on the labia majora.
What is the differential diagnosis? What can I do without a prescription? I was thinking of applying a OTC hydrocortisone cream 1%- would htat be ok on mucosa?

It's hard to explain where it is, not sure if I can upload a picture but where my labia majora meet its a perfect outline in bright red itchy akin. Some skin is flaking off and it's more itchy at the top. There's no sores,but it is killing me! Can we share photos here?
Now 5 months later I got a small sore on my LEFT side on the labia majora. It is only a few milimeters big and it is not itchy or painful, but a little uncomfortable. I can walk, sit etc without pain. I have had sex a few times in the past 5 months, but only using a condom. The sore began about a week ago after I had sex for the first time in a very long time. On one side the fold between my labia majora & minora has a crack that has bled slightly when I've wiped.
