I get itchy/burning/ purplish red hands & fingers when I get something from the refrigerator(or) freezer @ the store>>or when the temps get really cold outside...what can I do to protect myself from having these episodes?I usually have to run in the bathroom at the store and run warm water on my hands to get some relief and then I put hand cream on.
I have a case of itchy hands. I can't help but itch, and I get to the point when I keep itching, that I start forming little white bloches, and bumps all in between and around my fingetrs, palms, wrists, and anywhere else on my hands~!! I've tried to convince my mom to take me to the clinic, but she thinks it's a bad case of dry skin.
Anyone else got really bad swollen hands, fingers, wrists, feet, toes, ankles and sometimes the knee joint too?
I'm so over it, I'm 37 wks and had it since wk 32. Putting feet up doesn't help much cos the weight of baby pushes on nerves in my hip.
They are constantly hot, tingly, itchy and look horrendous. Had to go and buy the biggest men's shoes I could find and they only just fit with laces opened right up!
I know.. only 3 weeks to go, but anyone else suffering?

Sometimes with neck problems you will get tingling in you fingers and hands. Normally more in the fingers. It's something you should get checked out. I have tingling in both my hands all in my fingers from damage in my neck. The only way to really find out is to see a doctor if this doesn't go away in a few days.

Apply some calamine lotion on the affected area and keep the area well moisturized.

Usually the peeling palms last a week to 10 days. This time my hands and fingers and now my feet are peeling. This would suggest it is internal. It has lasted this time for about 20 days. I live in a smaller place now and to see a qualified dermatologist could take months.
Also I have been hydrating my hand with what the pharmicist reccomended, it didn't contain a steroid.

I have been having these "episodes" where my hands get HOT, start to itch and turns red and gets a little painful. I start feeling flushed and salivate more. The heat goes all the way up to my ears and head. I've even had my eyes turn blood shot red! Once this calms down, my ears and head still feel hot and can last for the rest of the day. I'm not sure what to do anymore.

Does it itch her? This looks exactly like what my mom had on her hands. I can't remember the name but it was painful and itchy. Hers would start out like a little bump/blister and then once it broke was terrible. The only thing that worked to clear hers up was elocon (or generic name mometesone) It was VERY irritated by water. Even now that she got it cleared up she never submerges her hands in water without gloves.

I have little bumps on my fingers that are very itchy. I think it's cause by water or something. Can someone help. This already start on one of my fingers and it looks like its spreading.
Left with scarring. Now the signs are back again. Burning hot, itchy and lumps on fingers. Constantly putting aloe gel on to cool them down. Don't want episode of what happened last time. Also for extra info, my fingers, especially in the nail area go a really grey/purple color any time they are cold. Could be bad circulation, not sure. Also when I get this swelling, my bones in the knuckle feel achy and eventually I lose all flexibility in the fingers and cannot move them.
