It almost looks like bruises on his feet. He wears water-proof boots and regular cotton socks to work every day. When he gets home, his feet are soaked which makes me think that this is causing the spots; I don't think it would be the chemicals he uses, as I would think this condition would be more prominent everywhere on his body.

Signs and Symptoms The most common symptom of scabies is severe itching, which may be worse at night or after a hot bath. A scabies infection begins as small, itchy bumps, blisters, or pus-filled bumps that break when you scratch them. Itchy skin may become thick, scaly, scabbed, and crisscrossed with scratch marks.
//i2.photobucket.com/albums/y4/Lilangelwings/stuff/IMG_1880.jpg this is what the itchy bumps on my hands look like. these bumps are mainly on my right hand but now are moving to my left hand. I have them on my feet near my toes also. Background: My ex started to get itchy bumps on the lower half of her body around the beginning of december. she itched them and they spread to her back, arms, etc... i would rub anti itch on places she couldnt reach. we still had sex this whole time also.
If they are dry and crusty, it could be mange and it's just showing up. It is extremely itchy! When this happened to me, I only had the ears treated with the dip and not his whole body. Had to do it about 4 times, I believe. It's been a long, long, time ago, but it never came back. That would be something else to look for if he continues to dig at his ears. My dog was only a few months old at the time, too. Anyway, stick with the grainfree food and good luck to you both....
I am a woman and my hands and feet itch mostly when it's cold or when the weather is overcast. It gets so bad that I can not wear open shoes and only can wear closed shoes. Why does this happen and what can I do about it.

I have them too, no doctor can diagnose them,I am an avid kayaker so my feet are wet and in wet booties alot in the summer and this seems to make it worse. The only thing that clears them up are antibiotics and even then only keeps them away for 6 or 7 months before you wake up with them itching again.
I haven't tried any medication so far. but when it gets really itchy i soak my feet on warm or rather hot salty water which is a great relief for me.after continuing it for 2-3 days it completely disappears till next winter.
Change from Hot to cold- Some of you said you get itchy when your not working out but are in hot weather or when you are working out and in cold weather or when you are rested and your body temperature is less than your surrounding. You need to realize it's the CHANGE in temperature. So if you workout in a cold gym, you're making yourself hot. I bet if you step outside in the warmth there is a chance it will subside and vice-versa.
I also have a skin rash which is different to the one on my hands, this is around my neck, shoulders and slightly on my chest, this one looks more like eczema, when I'm hot it flairs up and goes all bright red, which is soo embarrassing when I'm out. If anyone is suffering with or who knows of this rash, would you plz help me, its really distressing me. I'm feeling very low as it is, and this is making matters a lot worse.
With this condition I get numbness and tingling, cold spots on the feet and also a spongy swelled sensation on the bottom of my feet. My feet also hurt when I walk or get up....The nerves are being compressed causing these sensations. So if you are feeling these unexplainable senses then most likely you have some nerve damage.
i wore theese boots that covered about a foot up to your leg. not much later i developed a terrible rash on my feet that is very red, itchy, and painful. when i scratch it, watery stuff comes out, it itches more and is even more painful. When i wake in the morning it is dry and scaly. When i come home and take off my socks the same things start to happen. It is only when i remove my socks after a regular day of school or work this happens. My doctor gave me this cream called Triamcinolone.
all itchy arm sufferers....please look into brachioradial pruritus. My arms, and only my arms, have itched for 10 years. no rashes, no psiorias, excema etc. The creams, allergery pills..my list is extensive as to what I have tried but nothing worked. ---------------The only thing that helps are ice packs.
My 2 year old started out with some blisters on his feet last week that I thought were from sweating when playing, socks getting wet, etc. They looked like they were starting to dry up but this morning he had another one on the side of his pinkie toe. He's mostly had them on the bottom/sides of his feet. He keeps saying he has a boo boo on his feet and acts like they hurt. No fever or blisters anywhere else. I noticed this morning I have one on the bottom of one of my toes.
I have a hard time with her getting out to go to the bathroom when it is raining, yet she likes the snow. Go figure! Other than her feet being irritated the biggest problem is that she goes down on the bedroom carpet and gets it loaded with spit if you don't catch her in time and that causes an odor later if you don't shampoo it. I had to buy my own machine. The carpet has been cleaned so often it has changed color.
Dyshidrosis, also known as dyshidrotic eczema or pompholyx, is a skin condition in which small, fluid-filled blisters (vesicles) occur on the palms of your hands or the soles of your feet, or both. Dyshidrosis presents with small, itchy bumps that gradually progress to a rash made up of fluid-filled blisters (vesicles) associated with intense itching. The cause of dyshidrosis is unknown. Eruptions may be seasonal in people with allergies. The blisters usually last for three to four weeks.

Not sure why doctors keep recommending cortisone for little blisters on fingers and feet ... when all the posts confirm that cortisone doesn't work. I had the blisters on my fingers for most of my life, was told they are due to hormones, and they have pretty much stopped. However, a few years ago I suddenly started with blisters all over one foot. In my case, the tiny foot blisters are only exacerbated by the use of cortisone cream.
My wife has the same problem, and has had it ever since she first started shaving her legs when she was younger. It drives her crazy. It's all she can do to either wax and have a couple of weeks until the itching (which she has stopped because waxing *****), or just not shave at all. Most people in these forums talk about how the itching is all women, but never connect that to the fact that it's shaving! Most men don't shave their legs, so most don't have itch that comes from shaving!

I am thinking that because i am able to wear my slippers all day and not have a problem....then put on socks for a couple of hours and take them off to itch sore feet, that i am having some kind of allergy to socks!!!! weird thing is that under my feet (where they itch and dry) it aches....
