Avatar f tn Okay, so I've been lying down and propping up my feet, and my stomach had been tightening up quite a lot. And Everytime I lie down on my back, I can feel cramps, and my lower back hurting. Is this normal?
237053 tn?1258828426 All of my symptoms, which are neurological in nature worsen when I am lying down. The parasthesias get worse and the tinnitus in both ears are just horrible when I am lying down. Its weird and I thought I was the only one who this happened to. I am glad to know that I am not alone.
Avatar n tn Get good neck and head support when you are lying down. A cervical pillow and a flat stable bed will be beneficial. Get adequate sleep and eat well .I also suggest that you seek consult with an ophthalmologist and ENT specialist. Sinus headaches may present with a sensation of fullness or pressure. Eye problems may also manifest with headaches. It is best to have this ruled out first.
Avatar n tn They precluded low spinal fluid pressure from the spinal block because my headaches are worse, not better, when lying down. I had MRIs on my brain and all was fine. My blood pressure got quite high and I was prescribed hypotone. I was also put on Trepiline, Tramacet and Maxalt and an amjoxycillin (as I had a UTI). 4 days later I was feeling a bit better and was discharged- still on all the above meds, and so have had to discontinue breastfeeding (am expressing milk though).
768044 tn?1294223436 My head will often feel hot when I am having a migraine but not like that... and it has never felt worse when lying down... often it feels better lying down, unless the pain is so bad that I can lie down, but lying down doesn't make it worse then, it just doesn't make it any better... so lying down making the pain worse was just the weirdest thing ever.
Avatar f tn I itch all over when I'm laying down. From my head to my feet. If I have on shorts at night then mostly on my legs. If I have on pants then it's mostly in my croch area.
Avatar f tn I'm just wondering if you ladies know if it's normal to be itchy down there the last couple weeks of pregnancy.
428506 tn?1296557399 So an example is, I may have tingling in my face/hands/feet while up, but within minutes of lying down, the tingling spreads throughout my torso, and goes pretty much head to toes (except my ears and the top of my nose, to be precise). Even weirded, if I lie on one side or the other, than that side gets more symptoms/tingling than the other side. On my back, it's just all over. This has lead to me sleeping sitting up, or at least propped up, on days when I have a lot of symptoms.
Avatar f tn For a few years now, most times when I stand up in over 22-5 degree Celsius heat ish, my feet start to go red and itchy after 5-10 minutes? It's always the top of my feet and a red, flat, itchy rash occurs. This can often also occur under my knees and is almost mottled looking. Sometimes in extreme heat, such as hot showers, I can get the rash all the way up my legs and even on my chest, however these areas do not tend to be as itchy.
Avatar f tn I have activity on both sides of my stomach also and my baby is head down. He is head down and kind of shaped into a "C" so his arms are near my right side and his feet are on my left side.
Avatar n tn I notice that my Rhinitis gets worse when I'm lying down. I find my nostrils blocked & sniffling when I lie down. I have to use my Neilmed "Lavage," Allegra, and/or Astellin when lying down, even If I did't have nasal congestion prior to lying down. Is this a concern and/or something I should mention to my Otolaryngologist?
Avatar n tn In the last 8 months or so, while lying down to do ab exercises, I feel this soreness right under the breast, more on one side but at times, almost across the chest. Also If I lift my arms up over my head I notice a slight pressure. It seems almost like a sore spot. Other than that, not really noticable. I have in the past few weeks noticed my hands and feet feel tingling and numb sometimes. Especially waking in the night with the sensation.
Avatar f tn From what iv read, as I have a lot of pressure its the way baby is sitting or lying and im only 28 +2. I find walking helps or doing gentle yoga exercises the stretching can help baby to move about especially if baby is short of room in there. Hope that helps.
11356079 tn?1421357818 I was standing at the sink doing a few dishes (5-10 minutes) and I felt pressure in my feet. I looked down and my feet and legs were swollen and there were orange dots all over my legs and I had an itchy sensation. I'm only 11 weeks and I'm pretty sure this is a vascular issue..I have a history of eclampsia and so I've always gotten swelling but not this early in and never with the orange spots. Anyone ever had this or asked your OB? (It's a 3 day weekend so I can't call).
Avatar m tn The pain is like sharp stabbing pain that only lasts 1 sec, and it will make you jolt/shock for 1 sec. This happens randomly but mostly when lying down although it has happened very rarely when I am sitting/standing. Maybe some nerves are not aligned in my head that's getting hit when I lie down or maybe there's some tumor, I am not sure. Has anyone experienced this before and have any tips?
17776718 tn?1460263155 Hi, I have a 6 year old Leonberger girl (entire) who has been moaning in the process of laying down and when she has just lain down. I have been to the Vet and had x-Rays done, bloods and also two ten day trials of different pain relief for arthritis but to no avail. I really don't know what to do. She eats, plays and swims with enthusiasm however looks sad. She will often just sit and look at me rather than laying down as if she is asking me to help.
Avatar m tn or it could be the fact that the hearts pumping harder to reach down to your toes it was easier when we was standing well on the way down anyway. i have had this sympton for a couple of years now and it only bothers me when it feels like the heart is struggling and it takes your breath. Avatar m tn Hi, I am having headache only when lying down. It repositions if I turn to the sides, sleeping face down helps relief the pain. It goes away when I sit up or stand up. It's worse if I sleep on a firm pillow. The pain varies every night. Please advise. Thank you. Avatar f tn m 38 weeks and I still do it sometimes that is the way I used to sleep all the time. It helps me when I have backpains even though sometimes it can be uncomfortable but when my baby is positioned to one side instead of the middle of my belly it feels comfortable laying down like this.
