I've had the same problem, with the itchy feet after showering. So, I got one of those callus removers that they used to use during pedicures in salons, but don't anymore. I scraped down the outer layer of skin and scrubbed the heck out of my feet. I then dried them thoroughly and later put on a Freeman's foot lotion with peppermint or something. In addition to itchy and HOT feet, I'd lost three toe nails within days of each other.

Yes thats right drink extra water, try to keep them cool & comfy, put them up wen u can & be careful shoes arent 2 tight or uncomfortable. My feet hv went up 2 sizes & dont even fit in my trainers last few days from heat so iv bn reasearching.
When standing, my feet get hot, red, swelled and also itchy. This morning, and other times in the past, I've noticed that when I stand for little amounts of time, my feet become very hot and uncomfortable. It could be as little as 5 minutes and it begins to happen. They get itchy and really red. What could this be?
I would get up in the middle of the night with really hot itchy feet. After a week i noticed small red blisters on my feet only when i would scratch. The itch would only wake me up a couple of times in the middle of the night and i was better for a while but now my itch has come back with a vengeance since the weather got hotter. I now stay awake almost all night, every hour and keep immersing my feet every hour to control the itch.

Though you can feel them if you rub over my feet. Lots of small bumps all over my feet including my toes and sides. The are extremely itchy and they kinda of hurt. So much that is uncomfortable to wear shoes. It has been quite hot lately so thought it might have been a heat rash though it appears to be getting worse not better disputed trying to keep my feet cool.
s what is working now for me.. I soak my hands and feet several times a day in ice cold, and very hot water then I apply icy hot although it doesn't make the itch stop completely it definately makes it tolerable. Also I have been taking benedryl to relieve the itch and a non habit forming sleep aid for when I want to get some sleep.. I hope this helps!

I get that sometimes due to water retention, i bath my feet in look warm water first of all then, then massage them pressing down on the pressure points then soak them in cold water, hop that works for you as it does me, but i cant tell you what is wrong with you medically, you'll need to go and see you GP.

It's totally normal. I told my doctor about it and she thought it was just an itch but until I showed her my belly she said it was pupps. She called my pharmacy to give me Hudrocortisone Cream USP 2.5% it's worked like magic!
I also have major spasms in my hip and calves and feet. The hip is the worst though, it actually feels like the muscle is pulling my hip out of the socket. I have to lay my seat back in my car if I'm driving so it can be quite dangerous at times I have to pull over as fast as I can.
I get injections for pain 3 times a week and I just put it all down to a bulged disk and pinched nerve. Now I'm not so sure because my pain doctor has no idea what the hot water thing is about.

My doctor told me it wasn't dermatits (Eczema) and thought it was herpes. (Never remember having a rash near my genitalia.) I tested negative for herpes.
I am very curious now as the rash still comes back when I'm stressed and or when I am sexually active. Any advice.
