itchy ears inside and throat

Hello, I have been having a problem with my throat and ears for a long time, my throat is red and kinda swollen and it doesent go away for a really long time its like when u get cold and ur throat is swollen, its red and itchy and my ears are so itchy too. I have realized that some certain foods make my throat burn like spicy food or stuff with vitamin c, its also sensitive to dust and flour dust. Im 22 years old and im kinda getting worried that i might have cancer.

I had an arthrogram MRI done on friday and about 2 hours later my throat got itchy and continued to get worse so that my throat itched inside and out and my jaw and ears and eyes itched. I took benadryl when I got home and it lessened for a while, the next day I was itchy again but not as bad. Sunday and monday my throat burned and felt "full". I am guessing this was a reaction to the contrast. (I have a shellfish allergy so i took prednisone and benedryl before the test).

I have and I itch them and now I'm 33 weeks and I have a bad rash on the back of my ears. Idk if it's related to the inside itching, I have yet to talk to my doc but it hurts. I also wear glasses which I think contributes to the itching in my ears. Lol good luck!

I think there is a Cat Community too, that may be a better place to ask. There must be some home-regiments that can be tried, but as my experience is with dogs I'll not suggest any here... may be much the same. Cleaning is the best first step, not sure what to use on a cat/kitten. I'll refer to the moderator for possible move to a Cat Community.

what causes itching ears and throat,with smelling yellowish thing coming from the throat?

I have been suffering from consistant itch and ringing in my ears and a sore itchy throat. I also have trouble brathing at night an morning. I have gone to several of doctors and have been tested nothing is wrong. The list ER i went to the doctor told me I had a lot of wax in my ears I went home and used a ear wax removal kit but no wax was out and still the same problem! What sholud I do. Also for the past 3 months I have been getting a rash around my neck. Do you know wht this might be?

Hi, you have the exact symptoms I have now, the scaby neck and behind the ears, the scabby itchy ears and the pin pricks on the end of my finger which looks like splinters but isn't. Did you find out what this was!? Or has anyone else had the same??

for the professional advice, but I run alot and have had bugs in my eyes, noes, ears, mouth, etc...you name it, I have been hit by those little buggers every I exercise in the summer living down South.

d ate it, i had a really itchy throat inside and out, itchy chest and an itchy back. I had to jump into a cold shower to stop the itching. Can you become allergic to things you weren't allergic to before you were pregnant??

I have nearly completed the antibiotic course however I have not yet completely recovered from the sore throat and other symptoms. also I have developed itchy feeling and irritation on my penis. Does this mean I have HIV?

It looks like black, sticky gunk in the ears. What do the inside of the ears look like? Does this sound familiar? BTW, I have also seen hair loss on the ears, but it was nothing major. Fleas caused that! Please share with us a few more details!! I hope that someone else responds that have seen something like this! The details will help us a whole bunch!

I'm getting pressure feeling inside the nose above the pallete, and in my ears, like my ears feel full. Sometimes my ears itch, sometimes mildly hurt but goes away. Sometimes out of nowhere the buzzing in my head goes loud then stops sudden followed by a low volume, ringing in the ears feeling lightheaded and faint, it only last a few seconds then doesn't come back. Hi, I recently moved to Florida and appear to be suffering from allergies. People have told me that the new area may be what's causing the problem. Last year I got sick twice and both times people were saying allergies could've been the culprit. This year (in early January) I started with an itchy throat. Back in December I had a problem with my ears itching (I assumed they were just dry and used Mineral Oil to ease the itching).

Lymph nodes, throat, nose, checked for reflux by looking down my throat. It was a nothing procedure. My ears are totally dried out and my lips are bleeding so he gave me something for that. As far as the throat issue for the past 30 days obviously the tx made my immune system weak and thats why I needed 2 Z-paks in 3 weeks. He advised me that everything is perfect and I dont need to come back. Meanwhile my throat still hurts but its obvious now its INF and Riba induced.

A week ago I went to see a doctor to check my ears. She said everything was ok and helped me clean both of my ears with what looked like long teasers. She pulled out quite a bit of ear wax which, to my surprise, was dark brown in colour. The ear wax was in both right and left ear though the left one never caused any problems. GOOD LUCK.. I just put some straight vinegar in my ears closed them up with cotton balls.. man the pain/burning after 5 min it was gone and I added in baby oil to smooth. NO itching so far, if is fungus the vinegar will work. I had a patch of fungus on my elbow not sure why may be cuz I work at a desk?

If your ears pop regularly no matter what time of the year- is that bad? Its only when I swallow, and I have pretty bad allergies to pollen and mold's the worst. Year round I have issues with my ears- with popping, feeling full or like liquid is moving in them. I also keep a cough when my ears are at their worst- The cough is sometimes so bad I'll wake up in the middle of the night and get sick.

Hi, Well the good news is, your not weird, or else we both are!!! :) I also suffer from ear pressure and always feel as though there is an underwater sound in my ears which gets worse when I'm congested. I often try the "valsalva maneuver", which the previous comment referred too, however it usually does not work when I really congested. I was talking to a friend of my parents and he use to have the same symptoms and years ago had surgery to place "tubes" in his ears.
