3) Can i use X5 hair laser and Isotretinoin in the same period ??? Cause I read that isotretinoin produces photosensitivity and I would not suffer irritation or problems to the scalp.

Fusidic acid and minocycline are both antibiotics which are used for the treatment of acne. Treatment options include topical and oral antibiotics, topical retinoids, hormonal therapy, dermabrasion , phototherapy and laser resurfacing. Normally a combination of treatments is followed and if nothing proves effective then dermabrasion and laser therapy are useful. You can discuss these treatment options with your dermatologist.

If still the lumps persist then specific treatment like antibiotics, vit A supplements, corticosteroid injections, isotretinoin, antiandrogens and sometimes excision and drainage, laser therapy and radiotherapy are found useful. I feel that you should consult a dermatologist and discuss these options with him.
The best topical lotion in my opinion is Differin. It can be as effective as topical Isotretinoin but is usually much better tolerated, with little or no redness and peeling.
It is even more effective when used in conjunction with oral antibiotics.
I have taken Accutane twice (20% of patients require a second course) with good results, please see my photos in my profile. I am happy to discuss any concerns you have about this drug.

I have been diagnosed with rosacea by three docs and been given three different topical creams. None worked at all and one was about $100 per small bottle!
