I wanted to be able to take something, ANYTHING, to prevent a
breakout, not just sit around and wait for a
breakout happen. So I came across the Super Lysine supplement. I took it daily 3x a day and the tingling went away. If I skipped a dose the tingling would come back (kind of my reminder "hey, take your lysine!") When I took the dose, tingling would subside. A few months passed and I hadn't gotten a breakout, so the dummy I am, I decided to stop taking the lysine.
