Avatar f tn Discharge is normal before pregnancy and increase in discharge is normal during pregnancy. The color though does indicate an infection. Any odd smell or irritation down there? You should get checked. They are easily treated but do not let it go untreated, it can cause other problems.
2515342 tn?1347080637 Even urgent care or the hospital if you need to(pretty much anything with a pregnant woman they consider an emergency lol). Yellowish greenish discharge is never normal, in pregnancy or not. What tests did you have done for stds?? And it definitely could just be an infection.
Avatar f tn Discharge is normal during pregnancy but unless it's cottage cheese time, has a foul or fishy smell or yellowish then it could be something else

Also yeast infections can vary in symptoms and can be any where from whitish to yellowish discharge. But usually yellowish discharge is not netball clear to whiteish discharge is normal esp extra discharge during pregnancy.
Avatar f tn How did everyone deal with the discharge/increase in vaginal fluids during pregnancy?
1881346 tn?1341924768 Every time I pee, I pee out like a yellowish and then I wipe I see it. Is this normal? Im almost 18 weeks.
Avatar m tn It is normal to to have an increase in discharge during pregnancy. It is also normal to have this increase in discharge before your period. In pregnany the discharge is referred to as leukorrhea. As long as there is no unpleasant odor you should be fine.
Avatar m tn If you're not pregnant it is normal vaginal discharge so long as it doesn't have a strong odor and so long as it isn't greenish. If it is clear/white or yellowish it is absolutely normal. Women experience this during their fertile phase (ovulation) of their cycle and before their period. If you are pregnant it is also a very normal pregnancy symptom and can get worse the further along you get. Many pregnant women need to wear pantyliners because there is so much.
Avatar n tn it's normal to have yellowish-white discharge throughout the whole pregnancy. this happens because of your body producing more estrogen as well as your uterus getting more blood flow so it makes the discharge. unfortunately, sometimes it gets heavier throughout the pregnancy but this is where pantiliners come in. as long as there's no blood or foul odor, you're fine.
Avatar n tn 28 weeks. What color is normal discharge suppose to be? White? Mine is kind of yellowish and have noticed the past 2 days there's little red streaks in it... is this normal?
Avatar f tn Is it normal to have yellowish discharge in early pregnancy (around 7 weeks)? Is it something to worry about? I tried looking it up online and I get different answers. Most of my discharge is clear/milky but it's yellowish now? I also don't have a lot of discharge, very little. Is that bad?
5793136 tn?1375294504 Mine was my mucus plug shredding and coming out in pieces. She told me any discharge during pregnancy is normal and only to worry if it has a foul smell or is bloody red. She said some have brown yellow green blueish purpleish clear white so many colors of discharge but it is normal...not saying that just BCUZ it is you shouldn't keep it from Ur doctor..always tell Ur doctor about what's going on with your body..
Avatar f tn Discharge can be normal as long as it is not bloody or smells odd. If it is leaking like water or non stop it may be best to try to talk to your doctor at or before your appointment. If you are still in your first trimester there may not be much doctors can do if something is wrong.
11804301 tn?1435695514 It's probably just discharge. Pregnancy can increase discharge at any point but it doesn't necessarily mean it's part of your mucus plug. I'm pregnant with my 3rd and about 3 weeks ago started having heavier discharges but it doesn't happen everyday and the doctor said it was normal. I'm 36wks 2days now.
Avatar f tn Discharge is pretty normal, but could also be an infection I just had the yellow/green discharge and turns out it was a yest infection.
Avatar n tn I have a journal on my profile about discharge during pregnancy, just click my name, click journals and scroll till you find the one on discharge it tells you what's normal when to be concerned etc
Avatar f tn I also inspected my vagina and it seems to be really red around the opening. Is that normal considering how many times I have had sex? Is it just possibly friction/irritation rather than something more serious? I have been on a long course of antibiotics if that makes a difference.
Avatar f tn I know having discharge durning pregnancy is normal but I've read that if it's Greenish-yellowish it isn't ? I was wondering why, I sometimes get that kind of discharge. Should I contact my doctor ?
Avatar n tn Hi everyone! I've noticed lately a sort of light brown almost yellowish discharge. Sry TMI i know lol, but i just wanted to know if anyone else has had that.
Avatar f tn I've had this for weeks now! It can be this colour during pregnancy, I've read it multiple places that it's a normal colour. As long as there is no burning or itching we should be fine! The joys of hormones.
