I have the same thing. I have had these "spots" for years not and used to only get them during the summer, but as I get older the more year around they seem to be. I have been to the doctor for this and she says exactly what the above person said. Unfortunately, Ive had no luck. If you find something, please, please forward it my way.
I went to my doctor some years ago and I was told it is a form of acne and completely harmless. She said not to pop them that they will either pop on there own or just go away. It is caused from heat and moisture, so they are like heat bumps and acne. So dont worry, you'll be ok. Unfortunately there isnt any treatment for them especially being in the genitals area you really cant put any creams down there.
You have told here to apply mupirocin (Bactroban®) twice daily for a week. I want to know that if application of mupirocin (Bactroban®) shows improvement but is not cured fully in one week, can I continue its application for longer period? If yes then for how long.

Topical antiseptic treatment is adequate for most cases.Topical antibiotics such as mupirocin ointment can be applied on the pustules.
Some patients may benefit from systemic flucloxacillin. Oral antibiotics as that is often the only way to fully rid yourself of this infection.

From 6 years white pimples started appearing on my testis, some of these pimples get inflamed till they are popped.
Some few of them now remained and became white and solid.

I have recently used an at home recipe for waxing. The recipe contained brown sugar lemon juice and water. I waxed around my chin area and upper lip. After waxing within the 3 days after I developed red bumps in those areas. I am not sure if you can consider it rosacea or not. I have had acne prone skin for my whole life but recently got over it, so I am not stressed and worried as my skin is no longer clear. The bumps are very close together and feel very rough, they are also quite sore.
I have been looking on the internet and I have found doxy is prescribed mostly for acne. So can it also be used for folliculitis? My situation is I took doxy for 11 days and then stopped for 3 days because it seemed to get a lot worse. My pharmacist convined me to go back on it because it takes a while to workand it gets worse before it gets better. Been on it for 24 days again now and it is still pretty bad, not as bad as when I first took it. Is this normal? How long will it take to clear up?
There are at least seven bright red swollen sore spots. With pressure they ooze bloody serous type secretion. I have put all kinds of acne meds on them, but they've been there for over a month. I'm way too old to be having this kind of thing.

Folliculitis is the inflammation of one or more hair follicles.Boils are caused by infection of the hair follicle by staph aureus.Bacterial skin infections can be spread by shared cosmetics or washcloths, close human contact, or by contact with pus from a boil or carbuncle.

I just want a cure for this because medications help but it just keeps coming back. As you can see, it is just a group of small bumps acne like, they are not painful and they just show up almost overnight and are somewhat bright red. They seem to stay under my mouth and chin area. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated. If anyone know what this is or has any idea.

Hello I have the strange problem of being unable to identify what it is that is going on with my skin. I hope to get some help.
I have small bumps on my back and arms. It is not Keratosis Pilaris, or anything like it. It is not acne, as touching the bumps do not hurt like acne and they don't "break out", the bumps are just there. There is no pain, itching, or swelling associated with the bumps.
My Two year old has had these pimple bumps on his skin for two months they come on in different places all over his body~ they look like acne or chicken pox then two days later they dissapear and then reappear in different places- They heal and then leave a bruise- we have been to his ped and she doesn't know- the dermatoligist and she gave us some roll on for his skin and a body wash it isn't helping- we have been using a sensitive lotion just a few nights ago to see if this helps- his
i have never had any problems with spots and have allways had very good skin i get the occasional spot maybe once every 3 months, however i recently popped a spot by my mouth on the left side and it has not healed for over 2 weeks it just continually weeps puss since then my left side of the face has around 15 to 20 spots can any one explain this to me?
