m not an expert but i have been told by my mother, and some website that sometime when trying to conceive and having your hopes up, (if you think you are pregnant) you can cause your body to have some of the pregnancy symptoms. Actually having sex everyday decreases your chance for conceiving. Its best to determine when ovulation is about to happen and have sex every other day (especially the day before and day after predicted ovulation)... To answer the original question though, yes there is a chance you could be pregnant.

You could look for an ovulation calendar online.. Maybe that will help but doesnt mean ull just have sex those days.

That may help you pin-point when you ovulate so you know when to try every month. When I was trying to get pregnant, I would make sure to start a few days before ovulation and even a couple of days after, just in case I miscalculated. And after sex, I would prop a pillow under me and lay there for at least 20-30min. to try to increase my chances. You can also try some teas or go to a healthfood store and ask for some herbal remedies for conceiving.

It is normal to take up to a year to conceive after stopping birth control. It's also normal to have irregular cycles as your body filters out the excess hormones and regulates itself out. Keep up with the ovulation predictor kits. It doesn't mean that it will take you a year, but it is normal to take a while.

It took me 19 months to conceive. There's a lot to it. It's not just having sex. You have to be healthy. Start taking your prenatal vitamins. Walk every day. Eat healthy. There's a special diet you can start that helps you ovulate. Knowing when you're fertile is a huge part of getting pregnant too!
