From 6 years white pimples started appearing on my testis, some of these pimples get inflamed till they are popped.
Some few of them now remained and became white and solid.
I didn't made any sexual relationship before...Is it related to sensitivity any can be removed without any surgery?

Without examination it is difficult confirming a diagnosis but it sounds like acne to me. Acne is due to an overactivity and plugging of the oil glands. Just keep you face clean by washing with a mild soap atleast twice a day.Pat it dry and do not rub it.Avoid picking or pressing the acne.You can also use Benzoyl peroxide 5% lotion or gel once at bedtime. An amount of lotion the size of a pea should be enough to cover most of your face.
My doctor put me on minocycline 100mg per day I took it for a month and it kind of cleared up but towards the end of the month it started to come back when I was on the medicine I was a few days late in getting the refill and now its totally back and i got the refill and have been on it for over a week now and it is doing nothing is 100mg a day too little

You have told here to apply mupirocin (Bactroban®) twice daily for a week. I want to know that if application of mupirocin (Bactroban®) shows improvement but is not cured fully in one week, can I continue its application for longer period? If yes then for how long.

In the meantime do not apply any harsh products on to your face and avoid any perfumed soaps and shower gels and shaving lotions. Simple soap is fairly cheap and unperfumed.
I have these two pimples on the skin about 1 inch behind my scrotum. The look like acne sized white heads. As i know that Herpes virus would be dormant for a while may be even for an year, so I again went for IgG bloodtests this week for HSVI and HSVII and the results came out negative today but i still suspect whether the blood tests are accurate or not. Coming to my questions.
I should have the antibodies developed in my blood for HSVI and HSVII, if i have the Herpes in my body as its been long time since i had unprotective oral sex? Is my understanding correct?

The inflammation has calmed down a bit, but it is still an issue. I have a dermatologist visit scheduled a week from today (4/28). I will post an update after that. Thanks again.
my skin is pale and it has never tanned but over the past few year i have been getting a rash on my neck that moves onto my face is i am exposed to sun for long periods. it starts off as a heat rash but then forms little white heads and resembles acne. it only seems to be on my neck and behind the ears. i have been put on antibiotics everytime when occurs and they do eventually help it but i am looking for a solution to prevent it occurring as i am going to be travelling to Australia soon.
