Hello,
I had the gastric bypass surgery 1 year ago. I started at 222 and I last weighed in at 146. My next check up is in January, but I am 11lbs away from my goal weight of 135. Now I plan on getting a full body lift to remove the excess loose skin, but I'm wondering can I have my plastic surgery now instead of waiting til I reach my goal weight? Or waiting til the full 2yrs has gone by to completely stabilize my body? What would be the safer decision?

just get a spray tan. Those tanning beds aren't worth the risk. Also, try a bronzer. I love how the bronzer evens out my skin tone and makes me look a bit darker.

I just checked the Metamucil Smooth white formula it's also 100% inulin which is vegetable protein. I use about 2-3 tsp per can mix it all up with the Tripsey I mentioned b4. I don't give them a full can every day they wouldn't eat it all they have free choice of bagged all day. I feed the canned once per day and so far so good. Let me know if it helps any?

On each eye, on the sides of the irises closest to the nose, part of the edge is flattened out. Imagine how the moon looks just before or just after it is full; this will give you an idea of the shape of his eyes. I've tried researching this and have found nothing. I suddenly, overnight started having full body twitching. I notice it more while resting. I suspect it goes on while sleeping because I am so very tired. I first noticed it in my fingers and then it rapidly moved over my entire body. I had a headache for three days but is is gone now.
I take HRT for hormones and a baby aspirin nightly.
I had an MRI and CAT which were fine. All my bloodwork is in the normal levels.
Cholestrol is high though.
