I have just been prescribed Invega 9 mg for Bipolar Disorder along with 12oo mg of Trileptal and 50 mg of Topamax.I am still having bizzare dreams and feel as if I am sleepwalking and doing odd behavior throughout the day.I feel extremely drugged.Is this pretty commom with this combo of drugs or from any one of these.I have periods to where I just "can't think".Thank you for your response.

My doctor is weaning me off invega. He has me on a lower dose 3 mg for a week. Then I discontinue it. He is hoping my other antipsychotic, seroquel xr will be enough. He raised that from 150 to 200 Mgs. Anyone have experience coming off antipsychotics?

Hello I am a 21 year old male I have been taking medicine since about 17 or 18 and been diagnosed with schizophrenia at age 19 I have been taking invega sustenna since august 2020. I stopped for a month or two then resumed up until now. I took the 156 mg most of the time then the 234 for a few months back to 156 down to 117 mg.

m a 37 yo female and have been diagnosed as schizoaffective with bipolar features, and in May was started on Invega 224 mg injectable and 12 mg oral once daily along side Topomax 10mg once daily. But since being prescribed the Invega in May I've gained significant weight (30 lbs) being the heaviest I've ever been in my life. My hair is growing in darker and coarser, and I've been battling extreme depression. Usually an active person I cant seem to motivate myself to do anything.

Finally, since about year he began giving him INVEGA (paliperidone) injection 50 mg which he is fine with it. The problem is that he has become sperm non-existent as he told me. Will it disappear in case he stop taking the injection after a long period of use???? I am very confused, particularly as he wants to get married and be a father.

Hi 7 months ago i was given a drug called invega that is time released and i was instructed to cut it n half and take it wich almost killed me. This drug is known for causing arythmias by prolongation of the QT interval. I have since stoped taking the invega. I dont take any drug, not even asprin.

I am on wellbutrin,klonopin,depakote, invega and ambien. I stopped invega due to pdoc but see him on monday. Nerves get out of control for me a lot of the time like daily. HEy guys Ive been on lamictal for a while now and invega and ive been doing pretty good, Id say about 70 percent of where I feel I should be. I still feel a lil sad at times but overall Im in a constructive mindset. My therapis talked about adding an anti depressent in the future if I want so im wondering which one works for yall? My wife was put on Invega for 7 days while she was in a psychiatric facility (6mg twice a day). She stopped taking it the minute she was released. This drug is a revoloutionary drug in that field in that it is a time released capsule of palpharidone wich should never be crushed, chewed, or cut before taking. Unfortunately I didnt know this at the time.

I started 5 Mgs of zyprexa about 5 days ago for psychosis, mostly "ideas of reference" the zyprexa is now added to my seroquel since I weaned off invega. So far, I am having less ideas of reference but not totally gone. Didn't expect a miracle in taking it less than a week. Can anyone please let me know their experience with zyprexa. How long it took to work and how it helped you. I would appreciate any advice and information on it.

Hi!My 12y.o. autistic son is very aggressive.His neurologist gave him clonidine 0.1 mg 1/2 tab 4 times per day.In the beginning it work perfectly(about 3-4 days).But now his aggression is back.Not all the time,but once a day with no reason,even if he got medicine only 1-2 hours before.I afraid send him to school because las time when he was aggressive they call 911.We try also respirdone,abilify,invega,seroquel.Nothing is working on him for long period.Please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!
