inpatient rehab cost

does anyone know how much it cost to goto rehab if udont have ins.? im hooked on percs for almost 2 yrs and want my life back!! i tried to wean down just had no luck and cold turkey didnt work. please help!!

I did understand and I did read your whole post. There is a difference in outpatient aftercare (NA, PA, AA) and inpatient aftercare (rehab). Rehab is obviously more intense and safer and a great thing if you're falling apart. I went and it didn't haunt me through my personal health record. It is expensive....but can you really put a price on your life and family and well being and happiness? Insurance, many times, will cover it....opiates are sometimes not covered...

Your best bet is to just get on the phone and start calling. Look in the yellow pages, find a rehab facility, and call them. If they aren't what you're looking for, ask for a referral. These rehab facilities are kind of a "small world". They all know each other and each others expertise. Good luck and congratulations on taking such an important step.

Well I leave Thursdays to do an inpatient detox and rehab. After several surgeries I became dependent on oxycodone 15mg 5xday. When I first realized I was addicted I tried to ct and ended up passing out due to my Bp dropping. Then I decided to taper but my dr stopped that as well because they said I needed to have a 3rd back surgery even tho my last one was in April. I'm not walking correctly, kinda hunched over.

The inpatient I went to was 10,000 for the 28 days, mostly covered by my insurance, and it is considered a really good rehab. I believe luxury ones are closer to 25, cause that is what I read it was to go to Eric Clapton's treatment center in the Virgin Islands, and it looks pretty swanky :) Which one are you looking into?

Salvation Army is an option if money is low. I know for me, my inpatient treatment cost around $14,000. Which is about half of what I spent on drugs the last year of my addiction lol. It's a large amount, but its the biggest and most imporatant investment I have made so far, and it was most definitly worth it.

well my doctor who is an addiction specialist psychiatrist had told me when i want to detox i could do inpatient or the 3 day detox with subutex. an inpatient detox can cost up to 10 to 40 grand easily and they treat you like a prisnor and a loser. thats how it is in new orleans ,la. after the hurricane i was inpatient at the nicest rehab hospital just to get off xanax and vicodin. i was fine and off it with subutex and phenobarbitol in like 3 or 4 days.

in regards to getting myself an inpatient program as the life of on and off is one of pure insanity.Any help or suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

inpatient rehab is a must for some, and i have been to a couple.

So we tried admitting him (while high) to an inpatient drug rehab. He once again said he has delusions and paranoia and even admitted to coke use. He ended up in the psychiatric unit and after a week of eval. he is outpatient with a brand new scrip of psych meds even with his violent tendencies and pissing hot for coke. Anybody know why they went outpatient when is clearly abusing his medication, taking street drugs and threatening people's lives?

After going home from the inpatient rehab center, is it necessary to follow up with visiting the the outpatient rehab center regularly or just continue at home the rehab exercise which be taught at rehab center?

what will rehab do for me? im in the process of calling the ins co to see where i can go. will they give me something to stop this crazy jittery feeling? will i be not so anxious to the point of not coping? i am comin g out of my skin. i cant take it. will rehab help? or will i be in a strange room with strange people going thru the same exact thing? i cant do this alone i just cant... i need help im just not sure what i need.... i am willing and able to go for inpatient treatment.

Then there is the cost to consider. Inpatient rehab can be pretty darned expensive. If insurance is involved, they'll want to keep the stay to a minimum no matter what a doctor has to say about it. The good thing about inpatient rehab is that it takes all the everyday pressures off you that make you want to turn to drugs and/or alcohol. Being temporarily removed from those triggers and the dealers and users who may sabotage your sobriety removes a lot of the temptation to use again.

We are in TX and found that the outpatient rehab that was affiliated with the inpatient rehab hospital that my husband was in had water therapy.

m not certain where you live but in your situation I would recommend an inpatient detox and rehab program. The reason is you show high enthusiasm and readiness to address your addiction head on and because it is placing stress on your family, an inpatient program can provide you a safe environment in which to detox, learn new coping strategies and get established with aftercare. The inpatient programs are highly recommended for people with minimal suppot.

If I remember correctly, you're trying to come off very high doses of Fentanyl and oxycodone. And did I just read yesterday that you are done for some reason with the dr that has been prescribing the patches and won't be getting any more from that dr? Maybe I dreamed that, I'm not sure....but you are down from 200 mcg to 100 on the patches, right? All things considered, your health issues and your drug history....

going away to rehab is scary, but if this is what it will take to get u clean, then i suggest checking in to inpatient rehab. are u talking about crystal meth?/methadon?. getting clean is tough, beyond tough, but the fight is worth it. u need to do whatever it takes right now. i would suggest start by finding an N/A meeting. getting a good support group is essential for any addict so i hope u stick around, u can learn a lot here. best of luck to you. fight with all u have.

Ask your MD about inpatient rehab. Because w/d can be hellish. Also let your physician perhaps \\suggest a suppot program and psychotherapy, also a pain specialist that can help you w/o opiates.

Well now im in negotiations with the da and they want me to go back to in patient rehab to get the charges dropped. 28 days in rehab. ive never gotten more than 60 days while in in patient. i got my 112 by going to meetings, working and just doing ordinary stuff. I cant go back to inpatient im starting school i have a job my own apartment and im doing well. I had a court case today. Its really bugging me because my lawyer hasnt called me yet to let me know the news.

Okay I have just been informed I have to go inpatient by a counselor for rehab. I have already detoxed myself off drugs. So I wonder what will it be like, if anybody has been in a recovery inpatient facility and what to expect especially since I am already off the meds. I am trying to be open minded about this but find it ridiculous to be inpatient for detox when I've done that. I recently went through detox and rehab for Opana ER, which was long and very challenging. Now I am on 12 mg Suboxone a day taken in three doses of 4mg. Inpatient Rehab or Intensive Outpatient rehab. I am in a foreign country right now so I have to wait about two months until I can begin whatever treatment I end up choosing.
