First off I'm a virgin and have not engaged in oral sex and the last time I kissed someone was back in late April/early May. I have also never had a cold sore.
About 6 days ago I was watching Seinfeld and eating 2 overly salted cucumbers and when I got to the bottom of the bowl I felt the left side of my bottom lip go numb and tingly and when I looked in the mirror I found there was a clear blister that had formed on the inner part of my bottom lip on the left side.

I have a tendency sometimes when yawning saliva squirts out and this time it accidentally got on my little baby face(4mos old).
The next day I developed a sore throat , achy limbs, fever, and felt flu like. 3 days later I developed a blister on my upper inner lip. I thought it may be herpes and bought acyclovir cream. It has now been 13 days, post exposure , my symptoms settled few days ago but the blister on my lip persists. I have compared it with google images of herpes and it looks nothing like those. I am wondering if it is a mucocele.
Do you have oral HSV1?

Yesterday i had lemon juice for dinner. In mednight i noticed these two tinny dots close to each other inside my inner lip on the corner, i cant remember if i bite my lip or its kinda irrtation! Forget about it today i gave my bf oral for like 3 seconds and i remembered these things inside my lip and i freaked out!! Never had cold sores before.
Please tell me im worried about my partner and i cant stop thinking!

I have a blister inside my upper lip and it has blistered, burst, healed, blistered, burst, healed etc. for a year and a half now. The healing only lasts for a single day. In one week it will have gone through two cycles. It is painful to brush my teeth and sometimes to eat and I have to avoid drinks that are citric. I have been to the doctor several times and three months ago he finally took a good look with a light and saw it. He promised to refer me to a specialist but nothing has happened.
3 days later I developed a blister on my upper inner lip. I thought it might be HSV-2 related from the oral and bought acyclovir cream. As far as I can recall I have never suffered a cold sore before. I am generally in good health and in terms of oral hygiene I sometimes experience minimal bleeding post brushing my teeth. I do not recall any gum bleeding that night.
It has now been 13 days post exposure .
I have seen her again and although the kiss was very brief no saliva. A few weeks later I notice I have a bump on my inner lip. You would have to flip my lip on the left corner up in order to see the bump on the side lining of my lip. It does not sting, itch, burn and it is only one bump. Not a cluster but I am worried that it could be the starting stages of something. The bump is pretty much the same pinkish color as the inside of my lips. Could anyone let me know?
I'm 49yo. I woke this afternoon with a tiny non painful blister in my mouth on my bottom lip near the top of the lip, which looks like it is filled with blood, I've had chapped lips lately, I also had some kind of intestinal flu in the last couple of days, although the worst part is gone. I have some what I think are acid blisters on my tongue, 2 to be exact, which mostly occurs when I eat foods high in some type of acid. What causes the blister on my lower lip?
A few days after getting two dental screenings from separate dentists (on two separate dates) for a pricing on braces, I got a pain on my inner lip wall. I checked today to see that there is a black discolored dot next to where a canker sore is. I currently have 2 canker sores on each side of my mouth and one on my tongue. No biggie to me initially as I've had a long history with sores, but my worries rely on the black dot. I am a young adult female, 5 ft, with brown complexion.
I am freaking out about a bump I found at the top of my inner right lip. It is a bit sore, but that is it. I can feel the bump, but you can't see it which is the weird thing. I have not had sex in over a year & have tested negative for hsv 2. However, I have tested positive for hsv 1 years ago but have never had a genital outbreak.
Any idea what this bump may be?
Does herpes began with a bump that you can feel, but can't see?
Also, the blister popped the same day that it appeared and was gone for a couple days until today when it reappeared in the same place. My cold sore in the corner of my mouth is gone.

This posting may offend some because I have behaved very irresponsibly, but I need to ask.
So, I knew I was in the 2 -20 day zone after possible exposure, and I performed oral sex on day 8, day 9 on two casual sex partners. And on day 12 (yesterday) l kissed and performed oral sex on a regular sex partner of mine.
Just hours after the oral sex with my regular partner, I notice a slight redness on my INNER lip (the soft tissue).
I found two random red spots on my INNER lips, one on my lower lip, one on the upper. They look like broken blood vessels, one semi-circle, and one a circle. They do not hurt, itch, tingle, and they have not changed in two days. My PCP confirmed they look like neither a cold sore or a canker sore; there's nothing to swab as it's not really a blister, just slightly elevated skin as if I'd bit my lip.
Avoid the irritants and eat plenty of high fiber foods such as cereals, fruit and vegetables. Straining at stool also causes cracks in the anus which are irritable and may harbor bacteria. Try to avoid scratching. If it persists, it would be best to have this evaluated by your doctor for proper management. Take care and keep us posted.
