The ONLY way to get to the bottom of this is a skin scrape from your Vet....You must have them check for Mites, Mange, Fungus and bacteria....One test will show all.....If it's bacteria, a culture/sample needs to be sent off to see which bacteria so the correct antibiotic can be used.....
The puss pockets are an indication of a Staph infection.....Oral antibiotics are a must, but again, the correct one has to be chosen.....Staph can spread quickly.....

My dog was just diagnosed by our vet with atopic dermatitis as she has scabs on her ears and around one eye (scrape for mites was negative). She got an injection of vetlog and ampicillin and prescribed oral clavamox and chloropheniramine. I also bought her a soft E collar to keep her from scratching. A week later she is worse! Her ears are now weeping and very sore (she yelps to touch) and today she can't even shake her head or walk (I think from loss of balance).
I got tested for the gamut of STIs and was treated for a yeast infection, bacterial infection and told to change to non irritating washing detergents as well as to use no soap. The symptoms persisted for 6 weeks despite treatment. Skin always looked normal. A month later the itching came back just on the L side. Skin still looked normal. I had a blood test for HSV1 &2 at 6 weeks and 3 months post possible exposure. HSV2 was neg. HSV 1 was really high at 50.
If the rug burn gets really red, swollen, hot to the touch, very painful (not just a little sore) even when you are not touching it, oozes pus from underneath the hardened scab, red streaks start branching out from the burn, your lymph nodes on your neck swell up, or it starts to smell bad, then you have an infection and you need to see the doctor for some anitbiotic pills.

I had a sexual encounter where I rubbed my unprotected penis on a woman's vagina for about 5-10 minutes on October 4th. On october 14 i noticed on the small vein under the head of the penis had a small red and wet scrape on it. it didn't look like an ulcer. more like how you would scrape your finger and it became wet after it started to heal. the scrape was a little under .25 inch long. not big. half a centimeter.
Later when I went home when I went to the bathroom I noticed a small scrape on the shaft of my penis, about 4 or 5 millimeters, and also a small scrape on the head of my penis. There was a bit of dried blood so I must've bled a little, even though I didn't notice at the time. I guess she scraped me with her teeth accidentally.

I have some discharge from my penis that is crusting around the opening or my urethrea, I have been cleaning it with Hydrogen peroxide and Neosporin over the past few days and it has gotten better somewhat as far as pain goes when i urinate(burning is almost gone now), but it seems to be crusting up more, maybe due to the healing process?

The operative issue is "if any". the scrape was from the street, not your opponent. When you add this to the low probability othat your opponent was infected, no risk.
It could be canker sores or something associated with a bacterial or viral infection. If it does not clear up in 7 to 10 days then have a dentist see him. If there is no definitive diagnosis take him to an oral surgeon.
s possible that this is a yeast infection...I think they really smell...However, a bacterial infection is possible, too...A skin parasite is another culprit of skin disorders...All are EASY to diagnose from a skin test....Has your Vet prescribed antibiotics for him yet? He sounds as if he needs something!

I was doing deadlifts yesterday and they scrape your leg. Well I was working out with a workout partner and the barbell cut his leg. He cleaned off his leg but when he came back it kept bleeding and I did no realize. I did my set and I scraped my leg a little bit on my shin. If there was his blood on the barbell, is there any way I can get HIV? I know once HIV is exposed to air it begins to weaken but I'm just paranoid/scared. I also waited a good 1, 2 minutes before hitting my set.

Blood to blood contact is the only way to contract hepc. Infected blood from another person has to enter your bloodstream. You did not notice any cuts or scrape so obviously there was no contact. A pimple isn't going to do it.
Most barber shops use an autoclave to sterilize their tools before using on the next client. They have more than one razor and certainly don't use them over and over again.
Get tested if you can't snap out the state you've worked yourself into.
