Any at home inducing methods or methods to help you face that worked for you mommies?? FTM..

guys I know this is probably bad to say but I am so tired of being pregnant I feel like I weigh a ton and this baby is never going to come.

Hi, I am 39 weeks due to be induced the 25th of October. I have been dialated to a 3 since last Thursday. My doctor sent me to labor and delivery last Thursday because she thought I was going to have my baby that day. I was contracting 3-4 minutes apart but it wasn't changing anything so they sent me home. Now, I'm absolutely miserable and I have strong contractions everyday, I have a hard time moving around,and I'm ready to have this baby.

Hi, I am currently in my 6th week.so far I have done pregnancy kit test at home in my 4th week. Result is positive. But from past 2 days am experiencing brown discharge. 1st day it was like a thick layer discharged thrice. 2 nd day it s like a blood of 2-3 drops. Actually am traveling for work for 1.5 hrs up and down. So 3 hours traveling. Is that any problem?.. But there is no pain..if anyone know the cause pls tell me what should I do... I was drinking dates-syrub with milk..

My doula told me that nipple stimulation will work everytime- but not a little, like 3 hrs/day with a breast pump. I got through about 10 minutes and that was that. So painful! I got over that idea very quickly! I did end up with pitocin a few days later and same thing with placenta detaching- baby's heart rate was down to 45.

I went 2 weeks ago at 3 cm. Then last week at 5. Then today at 6 but no contractions. That's why they let me go home. But since last week she wanted to induce me. I just wanted him to come when he was ready but im only 3 days from my due date im sure he'll be fine now.

I'm 34weeks nd doing natural inducing methods only because I've been having back contractions for over a month nd they won't get close enough

Have anyone took castor oil an ate pineapples at 37 weeks and baby came? I don't want to rush my baby but it hurts to walk get up nd sit down. My pelvic makes a grinding noise when I try to turn while laying down. This pain is getting worse.

Just got one yesterday, it's a piece of cake the description is what is so scary. Entire procedure took just a few minutes. You will be fine. Put your trust in GOD everything is going to be just fine.

Just wondering if using a dopler at home is safe and which would you recommend?

I just had a U/S tuesday and the baby didn't have a heart beat at 9.5 weeks, so my dr did a D&C the NEXT day! A D&C helps prevent scaring! I think having a Natural m/c is cruel to yourself! your going threw enough stress and pain the way it is !!!!

I agree with mrskia3. At best they might do an ultrasound but chances are they'll just stick you on the ctg and get you to eat some ice.

don't drink castor oil. Its a home method for inducing labor which is really dangerous.

Im 34+4 days. And as a diabetic I'm supposed to be induced at 39 weeks. Since my sugar has became very insulin resistant my numbers are okay but need to be better. They adjusted my insulin and doctor said she will induce me around 36/37 weeks if my numbers don't improve. I understand inducing will probably be better in the long run then keeping him in there and not being stable. Has anyone gone through this? Will there be a big difference with him comming at that time?

I had prodromal labor for about 2 weeks. Regular, painful contractions would come then stop. I would get a long one, then short indicating the baby was sunny side up and trying to get turned around. My labor team came several times and set up the birthing equipment 3 times which ended with frustration and disappointment. I was stuck at 4cm. I ended up going to the hospital for induction because the pain and this on & off labor was exhausting since it usually happened at night.

Oh that is because there is a law that requires for the pregnancy to be at 39 weeks pregnant b4 inducing unless there is a medical concerned. I had low amniotic fluid so they could but if u r not having any type of conditions then they won't be amble to endure until 39.

I am 38weeks and 3 days i really want to get induce but my doctor wont til i am 39 weeks which is Saturday but he going out of town what can i do at home to jump start an grt things going so she can come i am doimg evening primrose oil capsule so far no sex for me my husband put of town

I was wandering would they look at doing a c-section on me or inducing me or would they put me in hospital and see if I can wait till full term. I have a 4yr old and a 22mnth old to look after also. Worried as I cannot go through this pain for another 8wks!!

So i went home thinking yay my baby is improving. By 6PM they called me. Told me that at 730 tomorrow they was inducing me!?! Which is today at 730!! They said she is smaller then they thought that she keeps going down on some percentile? I dont fully understand why they are inducing me? Any one been threw a similar sitution? Any advice for being induced? Everyone has me scared to death, saying being induced is the worst thing ever!

I'm being induced tomorrow as well at 41 weeks. I'm a FTM and just hoping everything goes normally and that I get to meet my little girl sooner rather than later!
