I took a puck off of my right index finger and didn't really notice any immediate pain. Strained neck doing straight arm lat pulldown 10-10-07. MRI shows bulging disc at C 5-6. Neurosurgeon says disc is not causing my symptoms. on the back of my hand for more than four years now. They are located on the skin between my index finger and my thumb.
