shoe etc.. but i never see him pointing his index fingure to anything.. if i show him a picture book...and if there is picture of cat.he looks at it makes the sound if cat.. but when asked where is the cat he never points to it.. i do find that he is able to follow simple instructions .
but i'm worried about he not pointing at objects because..somewhere i read that toddlers not pointing to objects have medium risk of being autistic.. which makes me so worried..
For the problem you mentioned that your finger is pointing towards the pinky finger, there are some options like putting a brace to maintain the normal position. After a while, this brace can be removed.

I woke up one day with my thumb, index finger and middle finger on my right hand numb and tingling. 2 weeks later my bottom lip and tip of my tongue went numb. 2 weeks after that my thumb, index finger and middle finger on my left hand went numb. Then 3 weeks after that both lips, my chin and area around my mouth and part of my cheeks went numb. This is all in a 3 month timeframe. My numbness has gotten so bad I can barely eat (entire mouth numb including tongue) and I have trouble talking.

I took a puck off of my right index finger and didn't really notice any immediate pain. I started noticing nail pitting on left index finger offlate, only one finger is affected, may be it was there even before this encounter, i don't know. I think I'm overlooking at things. My index finger has chronic pain when it is exposed to cold temps. or if my circulation is lessened in that arm. It's just that finger and only at the finger nail, cuticle area. The feeling is similar to getting it smashed into something. Also, when no pain is present, if I hit it ever so slightly on something, it might as well have been smashed in a door, the feeling would be the same!
t think much of it until a month later when the pain become more severe, sometimes when moving my index or middle finger on my right hand I would get a shock run up my finger and arm and my index finger would go numb for a few minutes and my hands seemed to be losing grip strength. Arthritis?? Have skiers thumb for about a month. Woke up in morning and index finger on my dominant right hand was swollen and painful when bending. Does arthritis have flare ups or is this permanent..I have a history of psorasis and was wondering if it could be psoriatic arthritis?? Should I keep it exercise or immobilized??
