I have had painful areas on my index finger for years. They start sore and red and then change to white and scaly. They are on the back and side of my finger and seem to go into "remission" and then will come back. It can be any time of the year. I have looked at all the photos of skin conditions, infections.... and cannot find anything that fits.
I am wondering if it could be some sort of autoimmune issue.
Hi, I have been having painless twitching between my thumb and index finger for over 30 days. I can see it clearly under the skin. I am very concerned. I have convinced myself I have ALS. I do not think I am experiencing muscle weakness. My right hand for years has been a little sore that does seem to getting worse. For example, was sore while tying my son's skates at hockey.
What could be the cause or a numb tip of my right forefinger?...is it a sympton of any internal disease?
Usually, the thumb, forefinger, middle finger and the half of the ring finger closest to the middle finger are involved. Sometimes the other side of the ring finger is involved, but not the little finger. What you describe follows the path of the ulnal nerve.

We did, came back and had sex vaginal and anal with condom. Before anal, had my index finger deep inside anal to prepare. After vaginal, felt guilty, lost erection and wanted to quit. His are now the size of a nikle between his thumb and forefinger with smaller ones all over. Its almost like his skin is eating itself. We are going back to the dr tomorrow in hopes to find something else out. He says they hurt and itch bad. At this point I feel helpless bc there is nothing I can do but what they tell me to. The pustules now have a greenish color drainage to them and its like when it pops it comes back 3 times the size it was before.

m serious and find something to wash my forefinger. So I find drinking water to clean my finger within 5 minutes. I'm not sure if he's hiv positive, but my friend tells me I can be infected because blood contact. With the information on the internet, I'm so confused. Today I come here to ask you these questions for help.

1.My finger touches the blood on coin, and there's a cut(stop bleeding), crack skin, and scrape; can I be infected from hiv blood?

I was recently diagnosed at "pre-diabetic" with a rather low rating of 106. As I understand it, this is just over the threshold of 100, so it's not really a major indicator....but recently, I've experienced intense hand and foot pain. The pain seems to be in the thumb and forefinger...and hurts when I stretch the muscles and tendons. The same thing happens with my feet.

After about 6 weeks the feeling started coming back and within 2 months I had 99% of my feeling back. The tip of my index finger never came back to life. All of this did lead to my dx of MS. Even then I did not panic about what I heard.
For the past 6 weeks the numbness has been spreading in my hand. Some mornings I wake up and just the tippy top of my index finger is numb, but as I go through the day my entire hand goes numb and even up into my wrist.
Back in March I was holding a little girl that was standing on my lap and she lost her balance and squatted down. try eating some strawberries they help naturally make sure you get plenty of sleep next time you get one remember this there are 2 pressure points on the body on inbetween the index and forefinger and one in the middle of your lounge so while you bite down on one pince the other and if that doesn't help try green or chamomile tea mixed with sage as it helps heal the body.
