My 5 year old has one finger that had small flesh bumps all over her index finger. It was slightly red and swollen and looked pruny. The next two days 3 patches of bumps appeared on her thigh, upper arm, shoulder and all over her back. They started off looking like acne and was red the next day they were almost undetectable becuase they were flesh colored but u can feel them. The bumps went away after a week on her finger but it is still pruny. It only itched the 1/2 the first day and not since.
Tuesday I had one on my right wrist, wednesday the bump on my right middle finger turned into a cluster of tiny bumps, and on thursday I started getting itchy on my neck, stomach, waistline, there were a few more bumps on my right and left hands and then the right index finger started, I then popped the bumps on my forearm, right index and left middle and they oozed a clear liquid. Now friday I notice I have 4 on my right ring finger. They kind of itch, but nothing severe. Any ideas?
I'm not sure what this is related to but I at times get little small bumps on my index finger and sometimes it spreads to parts of my hand and index finger. I'm not sure if its herpetic whitlow or some form of herpes or just maybe a skin rash or wart. I have been having this issue for about 12-18 months now but it occurs when I rub my finger against a ruff surface.
Since then, that area has cleared up, but there have been single bumps that appear in a random sort of pattern - 1 bump on my left ring finger at the base in between the fingers, 3 bumps separated by 1/2 inch on the back of my right hand in a triangle pattern, 1 single bump on the back of my right index finger, 2 small bumps on the underside of my right pinkie finger....etc. I currently have about 15-20 random bumps between my right & left hand.
They are NOT itchy.
The evening of day 3 I had the same type of bumps on top of my left index finger also located between 2nd and 3rd joint. The bumps appeared at first to look like just red bumps that itched severely. Unfortunately, I did scratch them and the ones on my left index finger are now almost white in appearance, like a blister. If I squeeze a bump a clear fluid comes out. (A big no no, I know) The rashes on my trunk do not appear to be spreading.
ve been having increasingly frequent sharp, stabbing pain under my fingernail on my left index finger. It makes me wince every time. I also have a strange, semi-numb feeling on the palm side of that same fingertip. The fingernail looks nice and healthy. I've had a digital mucous cyst on my right index finger (which was removed surgically but is back almost as big). i have tiny bumps on my pinkie and ring finger, 3 on the bottom of my pinkie finger and one at the top of ring finger. i recently have popped one on my pinkie and the next day it became red ad open and flared. they are very tiny and in oval form. i am concerned if they are warts because i have two already on my index and middle finger on the other hand.i have not contacted a dermatologist but i am planning on seeing one soon if it continues to spread.
I have this tiny bumps on my left index finger on the side and on my middle finger on the knuckle area i picked them and this is what it looks like (check websites) im concerned of what this is and i also want to know how to get rid of them

t know if this forum will accept image links, but my recollection is that I had red/tenderness (but no bumps) pretty much all along the finger nail side of the Distal Phalanges, my best recollection was it looked something similar to http://fingerinfection.org/wp-content/uploads/2012/10/finger-infection-1.
I have had little small bumps on my left index finger for a about twelve months and it comes and go once I rub my finger against somthing, I never thought anything of it because I work with my hands and I figured it could be a rash until now while reading about herpes and herpetic whitlow and now Im beginning to question myself if I may have contracted the herpes virus, I have had no symptoms or outbreaks on my mouth, penis, anus, or anywhere else on my body, it doesn't hurt when I urinate,
i have these red, painful bumps on my middle and index fingers on both hands. it started on my right hand and spread to my left hand. the bumps are red, kinda sore. the ones on my middle finger are clustered. what could it be? i read somewhere you can get herpes on your hand. is that a possible answer?
I have a bump on my right index finger that appears to be like a blister under the skin. Its on the side of my finger near the first joint. It appears to be filled with clear fluid, like a blister. Its painful when I press on it. I had these a few months ago on the same finger and also on my right thumb and left index finger, but when they went away I thought that was it, but now they're coming back. Any ideas what these are?
One day later I noticed these very small flesh colored bumps near the base of my left index finger. It never hurt and never turn red or even itch. Well that went away after 2 weeks without any symptoms. During this time I did not wash that finger. As those bumps were finishing up, I felt a strange lighting strike kind of feeling going through my left index finger for a few seconds that night then it stopped, I started toughing that spot a lot.
hello. I have bumps on three of my fingers (both thumbs and my right index finger). I am not really sure what they are. I have had them for about 16 years, since I was 12 or so. They do not hurt but are just annoyances because I consider them unsightly.

My question is regarding the first joint of my right hand index finger. I believe it is called the proximal interphalangeal joint.
The joint has been very sensitive to the touch for a few weeks with no sign of abating. The joint also hurts a little if I bend it fully, but not nearly as much as if I just touch it with a little pressure.
I do not see any outward signs of injury. It is not red or swollen. I have no similar pains in any other fingers or joints.
Hello my name is Almir, and I've had this skin infection on my index, and middle finger since I can remember.
It doesn't really hurt or anything, but it's not pretty to look at.
I first thought it was some type of wart, so I tried buying some of those wart removing bandages, after using those it made it all white, and it started to peel off, after a while it would come back again after I stopped applying the the bandages.
Recently, I noticed a few smaller spots forming along the corona on the other side and a small patch of dry skin on the pad of my index finger on the hand I tend to favor for masturbation. I have considered that it could be a reaction to the cocoa butter lotion I use when masturbating but I'm also concerned that it could be warts. As all of the photographic examples I have found of warts (and all other STDs) illustrate only the most extreme cases, it is difficult to tell.
