Avatar f tn U know it sounds to me like ur brain is very low in Omega 3. Omega 3 is a good fat that can be found in large amounts in oily fish such as Mackeral... Omega 3 is scientifically known to improve concentration, lower anxiety and in effect 'wake the brain up'.
Avatar n tn There has been a lot on the tv and in papers about omega 3 fish oils which are supposed to help with concentration etc. You can get omega 3 in eggs and fish but you can also by capsules. I wasn't depressed, but I now feel like I have an added boost to my mood.
