Also, the sinus issues have to be dealt with as chronic sinusitis too can affect the brain function. Please discuss with your treating doctors. Take care! The medical advice given should not be considered a substitute for medical care provided by a doctor who can examine you.

Avatar f tn I have FM for over 12 years now, I've read numerous books, I belong to the National Fibromyalgia Network, The Fibromyalgia Association, and follow the latest research on many aspects of FM. These include, medical and pharmaceutical research. There is NO evidence that people with FM have brains that age faster. There is a neurological aspect to FM that can affect our brains. Avatar f tn t do online games...sometimes I even have a hard time with xbox...just not as bad as online gaming. I think lack of real people has something to do with it. What I'm trying to say is that they will have to realize they have a problem and chances are they aren't going to want to believe it. It's an addiction that is rarely mentioned especially since computers are so much a part of our everyday lives. If I were in the wife's shoes, or even your shoes.
Avatar f tn But no one told me anything about it and I’ve had trouble finding much information online. Most of the time, pseudocholinesterase deficiency comes up in my search results when I try to look it up. I’ve recently started seeing a new doctor and brought it up to him. He didn’t really know about it and got on his laptop at my last visit. After a minute or 2, he said since I woke up paralyzed after surgery, I have pseudocholinesterase deficiency and put that on my medical record. Now I’m confused.
