stef is thinking of making a trial of tlr7 compound immiquimoid under expert supervision from france in future which is from same class as gilead's gs 9620. whose results will be available much before gs9620. actually stef told it is available as aldara cream but has no standard method to consume and has many sides.

stefeno, it is their on net that imiquimod is an tlr7 receptor same as gs9620 which has shown good result in current hepb trials. but gs9620 are still on trial.may be we can benefitted from imiquimod so we can try it.
so please tell us about its dosing and method of intake and about its availability.
you tried for 7 days ,in gs9620 trial they tried 15 doses in one month in first part of treatment. dose prolong dosing of imiquimod may help more?

However , I have more erections during sleep (than day time ), the imiquimod cream might be wiped off by the underwear when I have an erection. In this case , Can I use imiquimod during the day instead of bedtime ?

Can anyone describe their experiences with Imiquimod? I am on the 3.75% cream which my doctor has told me to use every other day for a month. In the first 2 weeks, nothing happened, only just a couple days ago I noticed a very slight indication that the medication might be working, but I'm still not sure. I have about 20-30 very small warts, and notice 2 or 3 of them showing a bit of redness and drying up a bit. Still not sure if this is due to the medication.

I was prescribed Aldara (imiquimod) to get rid of a few perianal HPV warts since cryotherapy was only making it worse. After only about 2 weeks of usage almost all symptoms of the warts were gone however I now have perianal psoriasis in its place. That is one of the side-effects of imiquimod and it mainly strikes people whom are genetically prone to having psoriasis.

I was diagnosed with a precancerous lesion on my face that is a light pink color close to my mouth. Ive been on aldara (imiquimod) 5% for approximately 2 months now. I cant notice if im seeing any improvement with my genital warts. However, ive developed a ridiculous rash around the application site. which is extremely red and irritated. The rash looks almost like if i ran really fast and slid my knee on a rug, except its around the base of my penis. Its sometimes itchy and i feel as if at sometimes its developing a particular scab. will this redness ever go away?
