However , I have more erections during sleep (than day time ), the imiquimod cream might be wiped off by the underwear when I have an erection. In this case , Can I use imiquimod during the day instead of bedtime ?

Can anyone describe their experiences with Imiquimod? I am on the 3.75% cream which my doctor has told me to use every other day for a month. As far as the condom failures go, they have happened twice with CSW supplied condoms (I know not which brand) and once with ones I supplied, Trojan Magnums. I tend to have very vigorous intercourse with CSW's and that is what I attribute the breakage to. I am careful to never cause injury to my CSW partners, several of whom are regulars, and I never use any oil based lubricants.
