These spots can be due to nevus de cocarde or sun damage. Lentigo maligna is a melanoma in situ that consists of malignant cells but does not show invasive growth.

You cannot remove lentigo at home. Cryosurgery using liquid nitrogen and laser are the main treatment modalities. Although there are many skin creams like hydroquinone and salicylic acid, but their use needs prescription .I would recommend a dermatologist’s consultation for this.

Hello, I have lentigo simplex a little bit on the head of my penis and on my foreskin, it damages my self confidence so much i can't describe i have been in over 13 sexual encounters with girls and as soon as they see it they freak out and basically leave me. I have heard the only way to remove it is laser or skin peel but obviously the penis is too sensitive to have that treatment right ?

However , I have more erections during sleep (than day time ), the imiquimod cream might be wiped off by the underwear when I have an erection. For the past 6 months, I have been getting many little brown and beige dots and little spots (about 1mm - 3mm) all over my face, neck, arms, back and cheast. I also have a few on my legs and feet. I have very light fair skin. I'm 31 years old with very limited sun exposure. I'm getting a lot of of these new dots/spots on a weekly basis. Some of them look like moles and some look like age spots.

I have a red what looks like spot on the outside of my foreskin around the head, I have had it for as long as I can remember. It is not painful and dosent do anything If I squeeze it. If I stretch the skin around it it resembles a skin defect or miscolouration.
I also have a white fungus on the inside of my foreskin, it is hard and in streaks of pearls it dosent hurt or itch.
