The problem with ibuprofen or tylenol is that you can cause liver damage that doesn't manifest immediately. An amount like 10,000 is too much for the liver to absorb at one time, and there can be considerable damage that you don't realize at this time. I think you should go to a physician, relate what you have told us, and get appropriate testing. Also,maybe some therapy.....that's helpful usuallly to everyone. Keep me posted. I started passing liver stones, and flushed out another 60 of them with additional liver flush treatments. Liver stones are gall stones that congest the liver, made up of old bile, bacteria, toxins, and sometimes parasites. They congest the liver diminishing its detox abilities resulting in reduced health. I'm not sure if the liver weakens the back or the tweeked back weakens the liver. And now since that i always get a heaviness/achiness in that arm, which makes me worry a bit and i just end up taking pain killers thinking im having a migraine. Im getting worried about these headaches and the amount of tablets im taking ibuprofen/paracetamol, I need advice?
Over-the-counter meds like Tylenol and NSAIDs like Ibuprofen and Naproxen Sodium can also cause elevated liver enzymes. Statins taken for cholesterol often cause elevated liver enzymes and also some common antibiotics.
Exposure to certain toxins in the home or workplace can be the cause also.

Can Kidney pain be a side effect of taking Ibuprofen? I was taking ibuprofen last week consecutively for 3 days (400mg t.i.d) after laser eye surgery. A day or so after starting it I experienced mild pain/discomfort in my left flank that came in waves. When I stopped taking the ibuprofen the flank pain also stopped.
The next day I took one more dose - the flank pain started again within an hour, but was gone the next day.

This morning I received an injury to my face which forced my teeth through my bottom lip and knocked out one of my teeth which was reseated.
