I am nine weeks and have been experiencing back ache (due to an old injury) I usually get regular deep tissue massages and I know that I can't have them right now. I can't take ibuprofen but can I safely use ibuprofen gel to ease the pain?
whenever i carry any small weight like 2 or 3 kg i feel pressure and pain in sternum..Only ibuprofen gel (muscuskeleton pain relief) give me temporary relief.Sleeping at straight position also give relief from pain but i feel pain if i turn on sides.I cant wear tight cloth at the end of sternum.it increases pain.

I dont feel constant pain.This sudden pain at chest or sternum and back come and go.only ibuprofen gel massage help me in pain . Sleeping in straight position or sitting in straight position with cushion behind middle of back also give relief in pain. My pain is completely gone after sleeping straight or massage painkiller cream but this pain again come .Please tell me what is my issue? my ecg and chest xrays is fine.

I have been frustrated over the past two weeks every doctor I go to tells me its just a twisted back muscle unknowingly, without them running any tests, advising me to take ibuprofen tablets and get a muscle relief gel. I done those both, but neither have an effect, the situation continues and the pain does not stop even with a pain killer., I have done my research but there's not exact answer.
Get some physiotherapy,it will help in cure.
Pain relief gels are good but make sure it doesn't have ibuprofen in as that's dangerous for your baby. Physio worked for me with my first. Also, codine was awesome but check with your doctor before you take that as you can take it at some points in pregnancy but not in others.
t always easy doing it, would make my hips feel better the rest of the day,) ibuprofen, lidoderm patchs or a prescription gel, like the Voltaren gel. My joint pain generally responds to heat better than ice (though lately I've been having trouble with bursitis in both knees and ice seems to work best for that.)

Is there any truely non narcotic, non-addictive pain relief that works for moderate to severe muscularskeletal pain??
I have a stitch like pain which feels like it is a trapped nerve under my left shoulder blade....it sometimes hurts when I take a deep breath, and can cause me to caugh occasionally.....I do sometimes suffer with indigestion....usually at night. The only time I seem to get relief from this pain is when I lay down and support the shoulder.....I would be very greatful for any advice on this matter....
it has a soft feel to it, doesnt hurt and is deep, i dont really know how to describe it.. im kinda worried it might be a staph infection, but i have none of those symptoms... please help!
how much pain after scaling and root planing? Have it scheduled and have low pain threshold.

It was too late for my hands but it may be helping other spots I have. What kind of doctor are you seeing? I get some relief from a prescription gel called Voltaren. Doesn't take away all the pain but can help take the edge of along with other things (heat, ice, ibuprofen, etc.
ve also been taking ibuprofen. The sharp pains have lowered, but there is now a consistent deep itch below my nipple that is very, very annoying. It's not superficial at all, and scratching has no effect on it. Lying on my right side (side away from itch) brings a slight scratch relief, as well as burping and moving/twisting certain ways, but only for temporary.
