You tell a school counselor. You don't give your age but obviously are still school age and live at home. Tell the counselor. Just be honest and they will help you. Then you talk to your mother. If there are any other kids that your father could abuse, you are saving them by stopping it. good luck and sorryt his has happened.
One of the most prominent part of withdrawal is fear. When we decide we are ready to withdraw all the negative comments made by those who have successfully withdrawn and all those whom failed in their attempts comes flooding into your mind and instead of a stimulus it has a way of causing hesitancy. That is fear. You have to remeber bthat you are not the person who tells you one thing or another for or against withdrawing.
Although I think my mind functions fine, I have made mistakes at what I do and sometimes wonder if I am as on top of it as I think. You would hate to have a new employer and staff judge you on what you are like during treatment rather than who you really are.

Welcome, I had like a bloated feeling and I couldn't stand it. Fortunately I just called my doctor and I had him prescribe me a diuretic. I'm not saying that's what you need, you may want to talk to your own doctor, but it worked wonders for me. MT has never really done that much for me, some ppl like it alright I just mean for me. Well it sounds like you have plenty of time to get educated and decide what you are gonna do, so enjoy.
t sound very medical but my point is you fear if it is bad could be helped with some sort of ad. I am bipolar so I was already on meds but luckily they added one for anxiety for me before I started this or I would have already lost it. This is not for everyone though so talk to your Dr if you feel your fear is a problem so it doesn't get out of control and don't let all that I just said make you worry lol.

I have had one induced labor and one emergency c section. I have not feared labor until now. I am pregnant with baby #3 and I have this overwhelming fear I won't survive it. Has anyone else delt with this fear before? If so, how did you cope?
I am not sure I have the right words. Recently, I got over my fear of going to the gym...It took a lot of prompting from my bf - it's something he enjoys and I wanted to comprimise with him. I have my insecurities of course, but for myself and out relationship I had to deal with them. So, a few weeks ago I just went for it. And those feelings of insecurity are far outweighed by my relief and pride in myself for sticking to it. I actually enjoy it.
All i can say is i am right there with you...i did not crave until 2 months later..when i was back to normal and thought i was strong...i think we forget how much trouble they caused us and the reasons we quit as time goes by....start thinking i can control my use...but i cant and found that our after a neck procedure a few months back....flushed them after 4 days as i was getting carried away...
