hyzaar sweating

At that time I was taking 50 mg of Atenelol per day for heart palpitations, nothing more than OTC acid reducer. The new MD prescribed Hyzaar for HPB. I had horrible feelings so we cut it to half per day 25mg and 25 Atenelol. I still have days that I cannot function, I feel heavy in my head and chest and just have no energy at all. I have great days and horrible days but lately more horrible days. I just don't feel right.

My MD put me on Hyzaar for hypertension. Previously I had been on Cozaar but she changed it to Hyzaar for the added benefit of the diuretic. I noticed my drug company autosubbed generic Losortan. The bottle doesn't say anything about hydrochlorothiazide being included. Could I be getting the wrong thing, or should I assume some form of hydrochlorothiazide is included?

I have been told that it is hereditary and there is nothing I can do to stop it. I am on metoprolol tartare 25 mg. and hyzaar 100/25, both taken 1 qd. hyzaar in am and meto... in pm. We are talking that within 2 years I will have a valve replacement (when it reaches 5.0 cm). Is there anything I can do to stop the progression?

ve gone from 280 to 248 or so. My high blood pressure was under control at the 280 lb mark by way of Hyzaar 100-25. My blood pressure is now in the low range (averaging 108/58). At what point in my weight loss (goal of 220 or lower) would you think I'd need to have my BP meds changed (if at all). I just thought a member here may have already gone through this and would have some advice. Thanks in advance!!

I was on Lisinopril for kidneys too but it made me cough too much so my doctor switched me to Hyzaar.

Also, I feel very tired most of the day. My weight is 170 pounds, blood pressure is normal (I take Hyzaar) and cholestorel levels within normal range. I have had EKG, Stress Test, and Echo done and all came out OK. The EKG shows early repolarization. I have been experiencing the sympoms often now and I am worried if I have CAD, but my doc seems not be too worried about it. Also, one of my uncles died young because of heart attack. Exercise (aerobic) can help the heart increase heart contractions. Does your stress test report indicate hypokinesis (heart muscle impairment)? Is your ejection fraction (EF) between 50 and 70%...that calculation is the amount in percentage of blood pumped out of the left ventricle with each heartbeat? Is your left ventricle enlarged? Those readings would indicate degree of any lost contractility, and whether or not there should be treatment and another cardiologist's analysis.

I'm 14wks 6 days and I have also been waking up very early due to sweating. It's mostly just my legs but I never thought it could be my hormons. I always assumed bc it is cold out I have been sleeping with pj pants, but then I overheat around 4-5a.m. I never sleep with pants! Lol I just wake up, kick them off, then back to wonderful sleep.

I had this throughtout the entire pregnancy and now. 26 weeks. Ill be cobered in sweat!!

Anyone else wake up in the middle of the night sweating and have to sleep with the fan on???

Does it mean your meds are too high or too low when you are sweating all the time, it just started.

did perscribe it for me (it was actually made for people who sweat) it did help the pain but NOW I FIND MYSELF WITH TERRIBLE SWEATING OF JUST MY head!!! and SOAKING WET!!! SOAKING like i just got out of the shower. it happens all day long sparatically...no pattern just happens. EVERY morning i awake and my pillpw is wet and it feels like i have a faucet on my head. it is so wierd. i think it has to do with the sympethec nervous system. i am a mess and have been since that auto accident.

anyone know if sweating will help u get whatever is in ur system out faster?? like sitting in a sauna or whatever...

Sweating is just one of those annoying side effects of Suboxone. Some people grow more tolerant of it over time. Suboxone isn't addictive like other opiates. It is however just as dependent. Your body will become dependent on the Suboxone just like it does with any opiate. Therefore, there will be a withdrawal.

Lots of things could cause excessive sweating. Are you menopausal? That's a likely cause. Sweating is not particularly a symptom of diabetes, though it can be a symptom of low blood sugar.
