hydrocodone and urine test

Had old 10 mg of opana from script 2 yrs ago left over when switched pain has been pretty bad so I took them in place of my oxycodone for a few days no help. Will they show up on a urine test 5 days after I stopped taking them?

I have severe Gastroparesis and am on GJ feeding tubes. I was in pain management, but got kicked out because hydrocodone wasn't showing up in my system. I did a DNA test and I don't metabolize opioids and with all the liquids that run through my body with feeds, I feel like it dilutes my urine. Is there anyone that can help me document or verify this. I'm distraught.

i had a urine test done at my doctors office and it come back positive for hydromorphne i had no clue what the druf was , but now ive learned alot . im on alot of meds and hydrocodone is one.

Hi, I have made changes to my life insurance policy and they need to come do a physical and blood tests on me. I recentley came off of hydrocodone and am just concerned if it will be picked up on the test. How long does it take to not show up? If anyone has any insight to this its greatly appreciated. I ran out of it, I took a couple of my mother-in-laws hydrocodone(lortab). I have to take a urine drug screen. Will they be able to tell the difference between the two opiates? I know I should not have taken a script that is not for me but sometimes the pain is almost unbearable!

omg i am on Hydrocodone and when the doctor take a urine sample and test for it. It never passes the test though I take 3 times a day every day and have for years for cronic pain for osteo arthuritis. I am soooo upset I just went to the dr this morning as she has me return every three months for my refill prescriptions. She hasn't done an urine for months until today. not really all together so a number of years ago the craziest things happen i had been taking the meds,however i was using some herbs to for working out and took urine test and even when i had been takine the meds the test turned out negative.

I take hydrocodone nightly and don't take hydromorphone but it showed up on my last urine test..... I'm highly allergic to hydromorphone. Would the fact that I've had to take Ibuprofen for sinus headache have anything to do with this showing up??? I also was taking Maxalt and/or Imitrex at the time. Hydromorphone sends me into anaphalaxis shock within 5 minutes even at the smallest of dosages.... i'm really concerned as to why this has showed up on my urine test...

I also take a lot of unisom and bendyrl. I had to take pain management urine drug test and it tested positive for Barbiturates and they said my Soma didn't show up at all. Just curious to know how the meconium testing works, if they do the test even if blood and urine come back negative and how many ng/ml or mg of these opiates would have to be in the meconium for CP's to be involved?

I've taken hydrocodone for years, pain management doctor requires urine samples and I've never ever had one show up as morphine. That is very strange...I did test positive for oxycodone once, but insisted on a retest and it came back just the hydrocodone in my system.

i have i dont have hydrocodone in my urine when i see my pain dr today and im sure i dont but i do have weed in it if i use somone elses urine that has nothing in it and put a hydrocodone pill in theirn urine and soak in it for a little bit will it show in their urine

4 Hydrocodone 10/500 mg 4x day, Xanax 1 mg 3x day and Soma 350 mg 3x day. Being as it was dental you should have no problem doing this. It would be in your best interest and your child's, although I do not think any damage has been done to the baby it is best your Dr. knows. I believe that hydrocodone is the component that is in those 2 medicines and Norco. What made my test show positive for hydrocodone? How do I prove my innocence? Now because of this. the new doctor is only prescribing 2 Opana per day instead of the 3 that I had been taking, and the paperwork that comes with the meds says to take 1 every 4-6 hours. I used to take 1 in the morning and 1 at night and if I was up moving doing anything that would cause pain I would take one in the afternoon.

No one bothered to call the lab to verify if a false negative could occur with the dosage I had taken. I told her the lab test was wrong and she said the test is not wrong. I told her I have been taking on average 2 tablets per day and an extra one or two on the days I need them. She cut my prescription in 1/2. Why would I come up with a negative result, I NEVER miss a day with out my medications? What can I do to support the fact that false negatives do happen.

t specific enough to differentiate between tylenol 4 and lortabs, that can happen. I would ask for a blood test or another urine test to be sent to the lab, which would be able to tell that it was Tylenol 4 and not lortab. Good luck to you! Let us know how it works out for you.
