I have seen that the main ingredient of restylane is Hyaluronic acid, I have found a topical cream that is 75% hyaluronic acid, I know this wont work as well but do you think this is an option or not even worth spending hte money on the cream.

The newest treatment for age spots is an alpha hydroxy acid gel or beta hydroxy acid gel. Retin-A cream, alpha hydroxyacid peels, and liquid nitrogen therapy are other options.

Probably any formulation that contains retinoic acid (i.e., Retin-A or other retinols) and hyaluronic acid will work. CeraVe is simply the first brand that I tried. It is presently my first choice.
5. Acne preparations that contain benzoyl peroxide (i.e., Oxy-10 or similar) or salicylic acid sometimes helps although they sting quite a bit. I think that they simply act as oil cleansing astringents and antibacterials - not sure.

While pregnant do stay away from retinols which are anti aging. They can cause birth defects. But look for something that has hyaluronic acid in it which is a natural chemical our body makes which helps retains moisture by 1000x its weight. You may want to try eye drops with a higher amounts of hyaluronic acid which acts as a lubricant. Here is an article which has some information on brands that have higher amounts of it.

I am 21 weeks today, and noticed some gel like mucus hanging out of me when I used the bathroom. I am not sure what it could have been? Me and hubby did have sex twice in one day, but it was gel like and wasn't wet. Any advice of what this could be?
Not much a doctor can do - x rays - no treatment except pain meds. You might try getting some MSM and Hyaluronic acid from the health food store. Only thing that can heal cartilage.
